Clinging onto my backpack and my groceries, I speed walked to the bus stop and hopped onto a bus. The next 15 minutes were spent with me being in fear and shock. I got off the bus and made my way towards my apartment. I felt a heavy black figure behind me so I turned around to see, but nothing. I'm just imagining things... I thought, it's just my imagination. I continued to walk, turning my head every 2 seconds to make sure that no one was following me. I sprinted up the stairs to my apartment, hurriedly opened the door and shut it tight behind me, locking every lock that I could possibly find on the door. Standing pressed behind the door, I began to pant. Trying to calm myself down, I detached myself from the door and began taking slow steps. Just when I began to feel okay I heard the sound of yanking at my door.
