Geez was I so confused. Fin really was a weird kid wasn't he? He was like the Katy Perry song Hot n Cold. He was so much of everything, my head can't keep up. Who knows how much was actually him though.

With my curiosity peaked, I decided to investigate into this by following him, in a non stalkerish way. I'm not a stalker.

He seemed to be headed into town, lucky for me, I needed to go there anyway.

I watched as Fin darted around people and hid in his hoodie. What was he doing? Does he not realize how silly he looks, although also a little cute, but i'm not admitting that.

His personality really did change on you.

He kinda looked like a black cat sneaking around. I laughed at the idea of him having kitty ears to match.

Fin stopped suddenly and I hurried to jump out of sight as Fin turned his head back.

That was close! It would have been awkward to explain that.

Fin started walking again, and I hurried to catch up. I figured out quickly he was heading to the mall. It's the best place in town to get stuff besides Walmart, so I wasn't surprised.

Finally after a little while of walking, we had arrived at the mall. Careful to stay hidden I followed him as he headed to the bookstore.

"The bookstore, why was he going there?" I whispered under my breath. Again he confused me.

I became even more shocked when I discovered what section he went to.

'Manga!! He's into that, but I thought he was a jock. Although he didn't want to hurt me, which made no sense. Now that I think about it, though, he has been really strange but maybe he has reasons for it?

I was quite curious about the new boy Fin, and so far it seemed he wasn't what everyone thought he was. Well if he liked Manga, I knew he had some taste.

Unfortunately, since I was caught up in thinking about this new development, I didn't realize I wasn't really hiding anymore . I was startled from my thoughts by a surprised blonde hissing my name.

"Skylar why are you here?" Fin yelled, his face looked panicked.

"Huh," I said dumbly. I was a bit out of it. I spend too much time in my head.

Fin confused, gave me a look. "What? Are you playing with me? You better haven't had followed me here."

I winced a little "Uh ..um well definitely didn't do that."

Fin stared at me, before he let out a giggle, "Geez!"

He giggled and cursed under his breath "Now you know way too much. You can't tell anyone. Okay!" He begged, making simi puppy eyes.

"Huh, tell who what," I asked, still confused about being caught and the whole situation. What was he even going on about.

Fin gave me an exasperated look "Duh! About me reading manga and being nice."

"Last I checked being nice wasn't a flaw." I teased.

Fin gave me a glare and I laughed, holding my hands up in surrender.

"Ok, ok, I wasn't planning on telling anyone. Plus no one cares what I say anyways." This was true, my mom didn't, and neither did others really.

"Oh then why did you follow me?" Fin asked, like I was supposed to be setting him up.

"Because you're weird and I was curious about you." Also your cute, but I don't really think you would like me.

"Well since you already know some of my secrets, why don't you stick around. Read some Manga with me?" If that was a pickup line, I would have gotten a ton of action, cause that line would make me spend time with anyone.

"Absolutely! I love manga and anime!" Only thing worth living for really.

"Really! You do" Fin asked, his eyes lightening up in excitement.

"Yeah!" If I didn't, i'd be worried.

"That's awesome" Fin smiled widely, revealing gapped teeth. I felt my breath leave me, just like that he stole it. My face warmed and I glanced away, not many people were that cute.

"It's nothing really" I mumbled.

"No, it means a lot to me," Fin said, grabbing my arm gently.

"Waah.. what are you." Error! Error! Human contact.

"Come on, I wanna show you my fav series." Fin said happily, smiling at me.

"Ah ok" I let him pull me along. My brain short circuited.
