Xena POV
"XENA!"Lexi yelled.
"WHY ARE YOU YELLING!"I said getting out of bed
" I have been trying to wake you up for five minuets.We are going to be late if you don't hurry up.Here wear this."said Lexi handing me some clothes"If you want to be Ashely you have to wear this!"I grabbed the clothes and went to the bath room.I have no idea what she gave me but I have to wear it if I want to not come back with bumps and scratches.I come out of the bathroom and Lexi jumped with joy.
"AH it's so pretty on you!"Lexi said circling me"Ehm-we should um probably get going.".We left her house and I looked across the street.In font of my house I saw a tall man knocking on my door.
"I'll meet you there."I said going the opposite way
"Oh, ok see you."she said walking away.I walked towards the man, he seemed to have a suitcase with him, then I remembered...he was my cousin.
"Um hi Aaron was it?"I said tapping his shoulder
"X-Xena!"he screamed hugging me
"Your chocking me"
"Oh sry."he said letting me go"Were we're you?i was knocking on this door for ages I almost knocked it down!".We Laughed for a bit
"Oh Aaron I have to get going to school I'll see you later!"I said walking away
"Wait!"he yelled"You look- never mind but what am I going to do while your gone?"
"Go to the park, the library , annoy my neighbors ,I don't care!"I yelled running away.I heard a little sigh from him.I laughed.When I got to my school I did my regular check and went in.What I saw was horrifying, Lexi was surrounded by people, and all I could hear was the names they called me.When I Findlay got a glance at her face her mascara was every were, on her hands the most.She saw me, and pushed her way though the crowd.She hugged me.
"Thank gosh your here..."she said getting mascara all over me.
"HEY!"said Alec coming towards us.He pushed Lexi"Why are you hanging out with this loser!?Your suppose to hang out with us!"He exclaimed
"I-I'm sorry I will be there in a minute."I said backing up.He nodded and turned around.What is happening?Did I some how pass my living hell onto Lexi.I don't want this to happen.
"Go, don't worry about me!Ill be fine!I still have Tsunami!"Lexi said whipping her tears away
"No I can't let this happen to you...I rather me get hurt then you."I said putting my hands on her shoulders
"GO!"she said pushing me away"I'll be fine!I promise.".Lexi walked away towards Tsunami.I have no friends.Lexi I should be the one getting hurt this is my fault.
In gym class
"Ok class!Were going to play doge ball!"said coach Rudy.Doge ball?Doge ball!Out of all the games it has to be doge ball!"But I am going to be choosing the teams!" The whole class sighed.
"I want Ashely in my team!"yelled a girl
"Ashely on this side,Lexi on this side!"said coach Rudy.When Lexi got on he side I saw every one move from that side.The coach started telling people to go on teams.Tsunami was on Lexi teams.That made me happy.Some people on her team pleaded the coach to be on my team...some purposely got out.At the final round it was my team and on the other team just Lexi.While the teacher wasn't looking ,one of the boys went over to Lexi and flipped her.The boy quickly ran back and bounced the doge ball.
"We got her!"he yelled
"Good job!"said the coach not noticing that Lexi was on the floor
"Please have Ashely...Ashely come to the office I repeat Ashely come to the office!"Sadi the intercom.I froze.Go...I remembered Lexi saying go.So I went.
When I got there my cousin ,Aaron, was there.
"He is here to pick you up early"said Principal Lance.Me and Aaron walked out the office!
"It's not even three!"I yelled
"I got bored...hey why are they calling you Ashely?"he said opening the front door
"Let's go to the coffee shop!"I exclaimed leaving the school.We got to the Coffee shop ,Coco beans, and I order a hot tea while Arron order a black coffee and blueberry muffin.We split the muffin in half and ate it.
"So what going on in school...most of all why did they call you Ashely?"he asked sipping his coffee
"Well....don't tell anyone but I have been bullied a lot and one of my closes friends helped me by changing my self up into a girl named Ashley, thing on know every body hates her and one of my other friends while I am adored by the billies."I said twirling my hair
"Do you think your beautiful?"he asked
"No"I replied looking down at my muffin.The word fat came in my mind.
"There this famous writher named Koyzan Shane.In one of his poems he said.If you don't think there anything beautiful about yourself...get a new mirror,look a little closer, stare a little longer!Because there is something in side of you that kept tell you despite every one who told you to quit.That is all I am going to say to you Xena!"he said passing me his slice of the muffin.He raised his hand"Can we get our drinks to go please!"he yelled.I smiled.Is what he said true?Because if it is it helped me to stand up to AliceIf I wasn't such a whimp.I ate my half of the muffin and slapped the other piece in his face.After that we were kicked out of the coffee shop.
