The Fight

Spencer's POV

I heard a crying after I punched a dent in some ones car. I looked in the window to find nothing. I was glad. I looked up around the car and saw a woman bring attacked, crying for help. It looked like she was completely paralyzed. I ran over to find out that it was Kayla! I though she was in the hospital! She had broken her leg earlier, I thought she would have driven there! Guess not! I ran over to them, tapped on the attackers shoulder. He turned around and WHACK!!! He fell to the ground. He got back up immediately. Ready to fight back.he threw a lunch aiming for my face. "Big mistake." I said. I turned around with his hand behind my head and flipped him onto his back. He couldn't move. " you wanna go for some real punched this time?" I asked the man lying on the ground in pain. He shook his head violently. "Good, you would end up dead if you tried to throw a real punch at me." "Hahahahahahahahaha." I walked away laughing. I took Kayla to my car to take we back to my place. I needed to have a talk with her right away. Since I know she was a werewolf. I could trigger the healing process. It actually looked worse than before. So I practically broke her leg to trigger it. She screamed in pain. But at there trying to hold back her tears. I could tell. But I had to ask her why she wasn't t the hospital or came to find me. She said that she was always constantly asking for help. She wanted to do things on her own for once. I got mad again. But held it back this time. I just told her to stay at my place until her leg fully healed. Which wouldn't be until tomorrow. So I went right outside my room and called Kali. No answer. I tried 3 times. The 4th time she picked up. All I could hear was her heavy breathing. I could tell something was wrong. Not mentally. But more of a worried voice. It sounded like she was being a attacked! I asked where she was. She told me that she was at my building. "How?! I can't hear your heartbeat!"

"Because I don't have one anymore." She said before the line went dead. I dropped my phone and stood in place in complete shock.

Kali's POV

I was talking to Spencer on the phone. I heard something following me. I watched my surroundings very carefully. I heard something in front of me. Then someone came up from behind me and kicked the back of my knees and I fell to the ground losing my balance. Spencer was wondering where I was. When he figured out that we are in the same building he freaked out asking how and why he couldn't hear my heartbeat. I looked back to find nothing and once I look back forward I see a knife buried in my heart. "Because I don't have one were my last words before I fell to the ground and my phone shattered into pieces. I could feel my heart rate slowing down and me ding faster and faster. Next thing I knew, the lay words that I heard were........
