Chapter 9: The birthday.

Addison's POV
We are currently in Tennessee, Nik is searching for this guy to turn his hybrids.
A woman walks outside the house from the kitchen door.
Woman: Rudy! She Whistles. Rudy. Come on! It's too hot to make me come looking for you.
She bends down and picks up a toy. When she turns around Klaus pulls me along with him and appears in front of her.

Klaus: I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you.
Woman: Can I help you?
Klaus: Yeah, my car hmm, my car ran out of gas a couple of miles back. Eh I feel like We've been walking forever yours is the first house We come to so We was just hoping We could use your phone?
Woman: Don't you have a cell phone?
Klaus: Huh, yeah...(Pulls his phone from his pocket) Battery died.
Woman: What about hers?
Klaus- My girlfriend broke her phone we got into a fight about my brother. Look, promise We're not a serial killers we just wanna use your phone.
Woman: (she sighs) Sure.
Klaus: Soo, We can come in?
Woman: No, I'll get the phone and I'll bring it out to you.
Nik was starting to get annoyed you could tell because she wouldn't invite him in. Sucks to be a vampire.
Klaus: I thought you country folks were supposed to be more trusting.
Woman: I'm from Florida.
Klaus: Well, that explains it.
He grabs her throat and compels her.
Klaus-Now show me a little southern hospitality. Sweet pea.

In the kitchen another woman is frying food and walks over to the counter with the frying pan.
Other woman: I bet you a hundred dollars that dog ran off to a house with air conditioning.
She turns around and sees the first woman, Klaus and me entering the kitchen. Klaus is holding the nape of her neck with one hand. The first woman starts to sob.
Other woman: What's going on?
Klaus: Please don't be alarmed. I was told Ray Sutton lives here.
Other woman: He's almost never here. He's on the road mostly.
Klaus: But I expect he makes it home, once a month. That's what I thought. Where is he now?
She doesn't answer.
Klaus- If I have to make you tell me it's going to be infinitely more painful for you. Hmm.
He smiles, because the other women runs out of the kitchen. She opens the door but bumps into Stefan.
Other woman: Aaaah!
Klaus, me and the other woman come up behind them.
Klaus: I love it when they run!
Other woman: He's in Toll. It's near the border. A bar called Southern Comfort. It's on Highway 41.
Klaus: Thank you my love.
He turns to the woman in his arms.
Klaus- Now, may my friend come in?
Woman: Yes.
I felt so sorry for that girl she didn't do anything wrong.
The other woman looks terrified and Stefan goes in. Klaus pushes the first woman to Stefan.

Klaus: Kill this one quickly.
He looks at the other woman.
Klaus- And make that one suffer. I'll be in the car.
Nik leaves pulling me along by the arm. He always makes Stefan do the dirty work.
All I hear as we walk away is..
Woman: Please don't!

Nik keeps walking to the car.
Me- Nik this isn't fair what did they do bar know this person, Elijah was right about you. Your a sick twisted mother fucker!!!!!!
Klaus- calm down love. Of course Elijah would speak bad about me because he was trying to keep you away from me.
Me- He had every right. You crossed your brother when you put the dagger in him. All he did was want to be reunited with his siblings.
Klaus- Which he was.
Me- Yeah. He meant in the land of the living so say!!!!!
Klaus- you'll soon forget about my pathetic brother. Now get in the car.
I just stood there staring at him.
Klaus- Get in the car now love!!!!!!!!
I open the door and start to get in.
Me- ohh by the way I'm not your girlfriend, not now not ever you got that.
Before he can say anything I slam the door shut.
He walk around to the driver side. All we have to do is wait for Stef now. I occupied myself with my phone, turns out I suck at angry birds.
Stefan finally arrives and gets in the car covered in blood. He makes such a mess blood everywhere I mean come on control your self.

We approach this bar as we see this guy walk in.
Man: What's up Ray?
Ray: Hey Red, get me a beer.
Nik pulls me along with him again, he doesn't trusted me to stay put.
Klaus: Ray? Ray Sutton?
Ray: Who wants to know?
Klaus: We've been looking everywhere for you. We started in Florida, Pensacola. I met a young chap there who you used to work with before you moved to Memphis, now he directed me to two lovely young women. And they led me here, to you.
Ray: I think I'll be going.
He tries to go but Klaus stops him.

Klaus: Not so fast mate. You only just got here, now your type are very hard to come by.
Ray tries to walk the other way but he bumps into Stefan who is standing there and stops him.
Stefan: I wouldn't do that.
Stef pushes him back to the counter.
Ray: Vampires.
Klaus: You're swifty swift Ray! Yes! My friend here is a vampire. He compelled everybody in the bar so don't look to them for any help. I however, I'm something else, a different kind of monster. I've got some vampire, I've got some wolf.
Ray: You what?
Klaus: A hybrid Ray, I'm both. You see I want to create more of me. Now you being the first werewolf that I've come across in many a moon, pun intended Ray! I need you to direct me to your pack. So, where can I find them Ray?
This guy seriously should run a mile now, who would ask Nik what he is.
Ray: You can't compel me, it won't work.
Stef starts scratching his head, Nik looks at him and he nods. Stef turns around and takes out something out of his back pocket.
Stef starts speaking to the bar man.
Stefan: Can you bring out the darts please?
After he asked for the darts, he looked back a Ray.
Stefan- Tell you what Ray, We're gonna play a little drinking game, something I like to call truth or wolfsbane.
Stef pulls out a pouch of wolfsbane, pours it into his hand, crushing it with his fingers.
Ouch it's gonna kill like a bitch.
Klaus: Oh, this is gonna be fun Ray.
I really should be help this guy, he's a wolf I'm a wolf should help him.

I get really bored of listening to this I go over to a sofa and sit down. I pull out my ohone and text this witch I found who might be able to help with getting rid of Niks composition.
Me- So have you found anything.
Witch- No nothing yet sorry. Will keep looking.

For god sake.
I put my phone away and decided to have a little sleep I've not had a good sleep in ages.
My dream was about Elijah and I.

~Dream~
Elijah and I are sitting in my front room at home.
Elijah- You will find away and as soon as you do, I'll be back. We will go anywhere you want, do anything you want.
Me- Promise.
Elijah- So long as you promise me one thing.
I smile at Elijah because he's got one serious face right now.
Me- Go on.
Elijah- Don't fall for my brother stay away. You deserve better than him. You deserve me.
Me- I promise there's only one guy for me. We can go where ever, as long as you are with me everything will be fine.
Elijah - I love you Addison Lockwood.
Me- I've realised recently I love you too Elijah Mikaelson. As soon as I wake you up, I'll say those words out loud for everyone to hear.

I was rudely awaken by Nik shaking me. Trust him to ruin that moment. It felt more like Elijah reaching out to me than a dream.
Nik let Stefan leave to go and deal with his brother but what he doesn't know is Elena is still alive.

I'm getting very bored very quick. I just wanna go home. Okay yeah me and Nik have become close like friends but I wanna go HOME.
