"Hey babe. How was work?" Kevin asked as he pulled his husband into a hug.
"Good. University kids are fun to teach" Edd smiled back.
"Jim! Daddy's home!" Kevin called.
"Daddy!" Their son yelled as he ran into the room.
"Hey sport!" Edd smiled as he scooped his son in his arms.
"How was job hunting?" Edd turned to Kevin.
"Stupid England with their weird football and I can't get a baseball job" Kevin grumbled.
"You'll get a sports job eventually" Edd laughed as he kissed his husband.
Kevin kissed back, heart content.
