Chapter 4

Kai's POV

There I was, standing, two feet on the line above the hilltop. Blaise was falling so I jumped down and saved her...in my eagle form. She couldn't see me, she was blinded by the light, she fell unconcious, eyes closed and her feet crossed. I left her in panic and my eyes started to water. I wish I could tell her I'm alive, she probably thinks I'm dead but telling her I left her won't be easy but telling her the truth is what she would want to hear in the end. If she is alive I want her to see me one last time before they come back. They will take me away, maybe even both of us. I have tracked her down to her hometown. And her school. Knollflower school...

Blaise's POV

Maths...great. My first lesson has to be Maths. I despise of the word. As I walk into the classroom I begin to notice somethings wrong. I'm the only one there, am I early? No...it's 2:07 the lesson started seven minutes ago.....hmmm? I look over and see my form tutor standing over me, she looks angry.

"BLAISE HOWELL, THIS WAY PLEASE!" She barked

"Uhh.....ok"

I follow her to a huge door marked with what seemed to look like scratches and paw marks.
"Blaise, Mrs Bates would like to speak with you."
I opened the door, petrified, remembering what my mother told me about first impressions. I walked up the huge room, fashion magazines lined the walls, there were moose heads, fabric and wooden shelves with books that looked as if they had been collecting dust for twenty five years. The air was crisp and it smelled like paper.

"Sit down Miss.." A deep emotionless voice was drawn fom the woman staring back at her. Deep red eyes stared into Blaise's pale blue ones.

"My name is Mrs Bates. I would like to give you something."

Mrs Bates passed Blaise a file it read:

Location: Knollflower School
DOB: 2/4/?
Status: Alive
