Best friends or lovers? (Niall Horan Fanfic)

Chapter Two

~Ava's POV

"HOLY SHIT AVA!!" i hear Alyssa shout my name from the living room, i run down the stairs thinking something happened. I come to the living room to see Alyssa putting our house phone back on its charger. "Whats going on?" i ask her, with worry over my face. " I got the job at Nandos" shes says with a huge smile on her face. " Wow Alyssa, that's great. im so happy for you, but when did you apply?" i ask her looking puzzled i don't remember her saying anything about Nandos or a job nothing. " I went down the other day when you were shopping for food." she tells me smiling. " oh... im going to go to the smoothie place down the way there and apply." We just smiled at each other and jumped up and down excited to finally be on our way.

It's been 4 weeks since we arrived in London, both Alyssa and I have the jobs we wanted and are saving up for UNI. 

"Bye Ally" i shout from down stairs, i was off to work for the day, i actually enjoyed my job it was fun and i get smoothies when ever i wanted. " Bye, ill see you later, club tonight?" she comes to the bottom of the stairs waiting for me to answer. "Erm.. yeah sure why not" i say as i wave walking out the door. 

Work was super slow today, i was sipping on my smoothie i made talking to my co-worker Mina. "How was the family dinn-" I was cut off by the the door opening causing the little bell to ring over the door. I never expected to see the person i did walking in. 

~Niall's POV

It's been a normal day so far for the lads and I, we all decided to get a treat like ice cream, but the closed shop was this smoothie place so we picked to go there. My normal day flew out the window once i walked in the little shop on the corner. Standing behind the counter was my child hood best friend who i thought i would never see again. I stopped dead in my tracks and just looked at her, Ava my Ava was all grown up, last time i seen her she was just a little 15 year old girl. Her hair was a beautiful strawberry color that came just above her bum, her eyes were the most stunning shade of green i've ever seen, and her body was perfectly curved. She was perfect in every way. Looking at her i felt something weird in the pit of my stomach, my mouth went dry and my palms got clammy, i have never felt like this before, but i liked it. 

~Ava's POV

I never thought Niall of all people would walk into my shop. He has not changed one bit, same hair, same eyes, same everything, only thing different was that puberty was good to him for sure. Looking at him for some odd reason made my heart drop and gave me butterfly's, i had no clue why, Niall was Niall he just made me feel funny inside. 

"Can i help you?" i asked with a shy smile on my face. A boy with his hair buzzed off and a cute birth mark in this neck looked at me, smiled and ordered. After all these very cute boys got there smoothies it was Nialls turn to order, i had to admit i was so scared to talk to him. "Hi..." i say shyly with a small smile on my face, Hi really Ava that's the best you could say to your best friend who you haven't seen in years. "Hi.... its been awhile" she said looking in my eyes. " Indeed it has....i've miss-" he cut me off before i could tell him i missed him. "When do you get off?" he asked me smiling like a little boy who just got a lollipop. " 7 o'clock" "Good its 6:55, want to have a smoothie with me and catch up?" he asked me with hope in his eyes.  "sure, ill make them now, banana right?" double checking that was still his favorite smoothie. "Yupp" he said with a huge smile on his face. 

Making the smoothies all i could think of was him and how he looked smelled, how he talked to me like we never even separated. I liked it. i was excited to catch up with him. 

NOTE: 

I know boring again, but the next chapter will be amazing i promise :)
