Her heart was thumping hard against her chest, wanting to get out any second. The November wind was harsh against her skin, making her pull her coat close to her skin.

Lana had been imagining this moment since a month, but as she neared the house it was as if she didn't want to do it anymore.

She couldn't back out now, she wanted this as much as the girls, if not less.

"So this is really happening?" She asked loudly, making her voice clear so everyone could hear it.

Veronica looked back at her and smiled slightly, then roared, "Fuck yes!" Marina and Carol joined in a second later.

The walk to the Mansion took ten minutes from the bar, the girls had decided to take a shot or two, seeming everyone was nervous, and scared. Carol was getting tipsy, clutching onto Lana's sweaty hands as they walked, their heels clicking against the sidewalk.

"It's here!" Veronica announced.

The girls stopped before the house. The mansion looked beautiful even in the dark, even when they could only make out the outlines under the night sky. But they had seen it before, they knew every corner around this mansion.

They had memorized many pictures of it, but in reality, it looked more breathtaking. It was illuminated because of the porch lights, which would be out soon.

The entrance door slightly opened and the girls turned towards eachother, making a little circle.

"No need to worry, you guys. We have everything under control. We go our seperate ways, and meet in the back exactly fifteen minutes after, and if any of us doesn't make it, we leave without that person." Marina was saying.

But nobody payed attention, they've all heard this thousands of time, it was the same thing, if you get caught, you're responsible, you cannot reveal everyone's name or you're dead.

Lana's pulse quickened, she wanted to scream at them to stop, to not go in. Because she had a feeling it won't go right, that someone will get caught and they'll all end up in jail and nobody will bail them out. But who was she kidding, she has been wanting to experience this since the first time she heard about it.

They all did a group hug and smiled tightly at eachother. Carol squeezed Lana's hand, as if to give some assurance. But nobody knew what was about to happen, tonight was the night that could change their lives forever.

She wondered about the people who lived in and how lucky they would've been to live in such an amazing place. But not so lucky now, she thought.

"C'mon girls, he's here!" Stacey took a step forward, and the girls followed.

The large door seemed to open and Matt Busowski stepped outside. It was pitch black so Lana couldn't make out his features but she knew his figure was model like. Maybe in another universe, he was one, but here on Earth, he was a security guard who was on and off with Veronica.

They sucked off eachother's face until Marina coughed and said, "Guys, let's not!"

Matt handed Veronica the key to the front door and stepped aside, "Fifteen minutes, girls!" He had said, but the girls were already inside.

Each of them took off their heels quietly once they reached the front door, and wished eachother good luck.

The door made a click sound as soon as Veronica unlocked it, she placed the keys into her back pocket where her pocket knife was hidden, you could only highlight it from her jeans. This reminded Lana that she had one too, placed in her back pocket, just for safety, they had said.

Lana felt Carol push past her and into the mansion. But she couldn't move, it was like her feet were stuck to the ground. "Get in!" Marina hissed at her.

This made Lana step inside, and closed the door. Now, you couldn't make out a single thing in the dark. The lights were all shut and even though, there was no one in the house, Lana was afraid.

But she didn't have time for that, the girls were already gone just as they had planned. Carol and Marina had went to the same floor, and Veronica went to the locker room. It was Lana who was to go to the second floor.

There's not really anything there, but The Guy's door is the one on the right, you might find some expensive things there, she remembers Veronica saying while planning it all out.

Veronica never told any of the girl's his real name. She always referred to her targets as The Guy. Sometimes there were The Girls, but nobody questioned because it was none of their concern.

There was no time to think about useless things, Lana sprinted towards the stairs, which were on the right to the front door by using the torch of her phone. Remember to only use light when necessary, Veronica had instructed.

Lana climbed up the stairs, and once on second floor, she spotted the door she had seen on Veronica's laptop.

The Guy's room. She walked towards it and turned the doorknob, and like Matt had told them it was unlocked.

Lana slightly opened the door, peeking inside to make sure there was no one. She moved the torch around, but there was nobody, so she stepped inside and closed the door.

Her fingers were still around the doorknob, she could feel the hard metal inbetween her skin. Her hands were sweaty, she wiped them off with her jeans and looked around the room.

The room looked like something you see on TV, it was more beautiful than the whole house combined, even though she had seen it from the lenses, seeing it with your own eyes was always better. The walls were painted dark purple, which were covered with posters, many of them. The bed was perfectly made, and to the right was a book shelf, filled with books, so many of them. So The Guy likes to read, she thought to herself.

Her phone vibrated in her hands, and the flashlight went off, and when she looked at the screen, she found it turning off.

"Oh, no!" She cried. But there was no time for crying, she made her way toward the table beside the bed, and turned on the lamp. There was also a phone placed on top of it, she decided to take it.

She also checked the time before placing the phone on her back pocket, and eight minutes had passed. She only had seven more minutes.

She reacted quickly then, taking out a trash bag from her pocket and headed towards the closet on the far left corner. She rummaged through the clothes, and found some gold jeweleries and watches and other things she could sold and get money in return. She placed them into the bag.

She heard a faint sound of a click, first her breathing hitched, and she stopped all completely, but when there was no other sound, she thought it was her mind playing games with her.

She tied the bag and headed towards the side table to turn off the lamp, The Guy's phone buzzed in her coat's pocket, and she jumped at the sound.

But she quickly recovered and took it off, and turned the volume all the way down. There was only three minutes left, she placed the phone back where she retreived it from, and turned off the lamp.

She took steps towards the door, and once in front of it, she turned the doorknob, but it was locked. But, how? She didn't remember locking it once she first got inside. She tried again, and then again, but the door just wouldn't open.

"Not so fast, babe."

Oh shit, she was busted.
