Zen sat in the living as Nadine went to call Neymar. Rafa had gone to the free after classes that the school provided. Zen knew the guys are probably waiting for her and Ney so they can start playing. He seemed off yesterday and she wondered if maybe it didnt have something to do with that girl he kissed the other day. She wondered if maybe he was upset over her. He came downstairs shoulders slumped.
Z:Hey
N:Hi
He simply said no bright smile or enthusiastic laugh just "Hi".
Z:Are you ready to go?
N:Maybe you should go
without me.
Z:Why? Are you not feeling
well? Do you need to go to
the doctor?..
N:No I just dont feel like going
Z:Why are you so sad?
Before he could answer his mom came into the living room.
Nadine:I'm leaving now. I'll be
working 2 shifts today
so I wont be home till
tommorow morning but
your dad will be home
by 6. Please make sure
Rafa has something to
eat when she gets home

She kissed his forehead.

Nadine left.
N:I'm not sad.
Z:Well your not smilling or
happy.
N:I dont wanna talk about it.
Your too young to
understand anyway.
Z:I can try
N:I know you wanna help Zen
but I just have to deal with
this on my own.
Z:Did that girl upset you?
N:Chavonne
Z:Yeah
N:She has something to do
with it.
He's face turned red. He's nostrils flaired as anger filled his body. Chavonne had cheated on him. She was his first genuine girlfriend and he actually thought she cared about him but she was nothing but a lying 2 faced cheating bitch in his mind.
Z:What did she do?
N:Zen I dont wanna talk about
this.
Z:Talking helps
N:She just did something really
bad.
Z:Did she hurt your feelings?
N:Hurt my feelings? Now your
just making me sound like a
girl.
Z:That is so sexist. Guys have
feelings too and sometimes
they get hurt.
N:Ok fine. It hurts a little.

Z:I need to use the bathroom
N:I'll be in the kitchen

Zendaya went to the bathroom. Neymar stopped in his tracks when he heard a loud scream. He ran to the bathroom and tried to open the door but it was locked.
N:Open the door. Zen are you
ok? Whats going on?
Z:There's blood
Her voice was trembling. She sounded like she wanted to cry. She didnt know where the blood was coming from there were no open cuts on her legs.
N:Zen open the door let me see.
Z:No
N:Zen whats happening to you?
Z:I dont know where the
bloods coming from.
N:Meu Deus YOUR DYING!!
Neymar screamed as he ran out of the house to Zendaya's house. He found her mom there.
N:Tia Claire....Zen..she..she's
dying.
Zendaya's mom almost had a heart attack when she heard this. Tears rushed to her eyes. Shock overtook her body.
C:Where is she?
N:In the bathroom
Claire rushed over to Neymar's house and banged on the bathroom door.
C:Zen honey whats wrong?
Z:My pants there's blood on it.
She said crying. Immediately it registered to Claire what had happened she sighed of relief and looked at Neymar who still had a panicked looked on his face. In a more calm voice.
C:I know whats wrong. Honey
just let me in everything is
going to be fine.
The door opened and Claire went in.
Z:Mommy
Zen hugged her mother.
C:Zen nothing is wrong with
you. You just got your period.
Z:My period.
C:Yes we talked about this
remember. I get it every
month and you always ask
me what the pads are for. I
told you about this.
Zendaya never thought it could actually just be her period. She laughed at her silliness.
Claire left the bathroom and found Neymar pacing.
N:Is she ok?
C:She's fine. She just got her
period.
N:Her period? Oh now I
remember thats why Rafa
complains about stomach
cramps.
C:Yes. I'm gonna go get her
some essentials. I'll be right
back.
Neymar nodded. He slid down against the bathroom door.
N:Damm Zen you scared me
Z:I'm sorry
N:Thats ok you didnt know
Z:This is really embarrasing
N:For me. I was the one
thinking your dying. I
probably looked like a crazy
fool. As soon as Rafa finds out
I'm never gonna hear the
end of this.
Claire returned with pads,underwear and a pair of shorts. She went into the bathroom and soon Zen was all cleaned up. Zen came out of the bathroom and gave Neymar a shy smile. He gave her a tight hug. Neymar had been mentoring Zen for a while now but they've never had a lot of physical contact. Neymar had this thing about personal space and not over stepping boundries. He let her go. Claire cleared her throat.
C:I need to finish dinner. See
you later sweety.
Z:Ok mom
As soon as she was out the house Claire burst out in laughter at how silly Neymar and Zendaya had been.
