"KATIE COME ON YOU HAVE TO GET UP"Scott says,scratch that,Screams in my ear.
"NO YOU CANT MAKE ME"I scream back as I grip onto the bed post.
"THATS IT I GIVE UP"he starts pulling my feet,but since I'm one of his kind I'm also as strong so I kick him.
"OW KATIE WHAT THE HELL"he screams holding his stomach.
"What the heck is going on in here?" Our mom walks in.
"Katie won't get up and we need to go"
My mom walks over to me.
"Come on Katie you need to get up,Do we need to drag you?"
"Probably"
I hear my mom whisper to Scott I hear her say to get stiles cause YE know I can do that shet now.
A moment later stiles' presence comes and I'm being pulled,I don't want to hurt him so I just let him do it.
"I'm the human here Scott and you can't do that?" He helps me up off the floor.Scott gives me devil eyes and they leave.I go through the drawers and see nothing but band t-shirts.I pick out a fall out boy one and some dark blue skinny jeans.As I was looking through pictures of Pete Wentz I saw him with a plaid flannel around his waist.I do the same thing #styleinsperations and head downstairs.Everyone is here.I walk over to newt cause he was just staring out the window.
"Hey ne-- no fluffing way!"we are both wearing the same exact shirt.
"How the hell did you know to wear that shirt"he asked laughing a little.
"I didn't I just liked the shirt...oh well I'm not changing"I say as I enter the kitchen.Both Scott and Stiles sit on the kitchen counters eating apples and talking about some shet I don't understand.I also grab an apple and plop down on one of the
chairs.
"I feel like you should tell her..."stiles says a little louder and immediately start listening in.
"Tell her what,'oh yea your "deceased" boyfriend stayed in the glade to protect the rest of the idiots who didn't come with us'No we can't do that to her she thinks he's dead and I don't want her rushing back to the maze to go and save him."he says.Did I mention that Scott probably forgot that I have that oh so special ability now and I can do exactly what he doesn't want me to do.
I stand up,go to my room grab my bow,and start my journey back to where we came from.Yea I'm ticked that they didn't tell me what really happened and at the verge of tears, but I have zero time for tears.But as I was walking I started thinking about that vision.Will it happen if I save him?I really don't have the answer to that question unless I save him.
I continue to walk until a voice stops me.
"Excuse me is everything alright?"I turn around and it's a boy,my age,a little taller.
"I'm fine"I say and turn back around.
"You sure about that?."
I stop once again and turn around.
"100%"
"You don't look 100% fine,your holding in tears and your carrying a bow around with atleast 2 knives in your boot and I'm not sure that's normal for a teenager." hes right I sometimes put my throwing knives and maybe a dagger just in case.
"How do you know If I'm normal?"I ask raising an eyebrow."and how do you know I'm about to cry?"my voice cracks.
"screw that question" I say with a little laugh as a tear slips.
"It's alright you can talk to me about it."he says smiling.
"But i don't know who you even are?"
"I'm Liam"he says holding out his hand.
"Katie"I shake his hand."I actually should go I have school"I say.
"Tea?after school?"I nod and we exchange numbers and say our goodbyes.
I start walking back.
"Katie????"I hear stiles call out.
I start jogging and he starts to come into view.
Once he sees me and runs towards me and engulfs me into a bear hug.
"You scared me"he says kissing my forehead.
"I'm sorry I just want to save him..."I say into his chest.
"We all tried to get him to come with us but he wouldn't listen,he said it was his job to protect and that's what he's doing right now.."
I nod,clutching on to his back tears still slipping.
"We really need to get to school were gonna be late"he says brushing my hair with his fingers.
"I know"I straighten up my back and wipe under my eyes.We start heading back home.
"Katie!"Malia greets me at the lobby of the school after a 20 minute walk home ,5 minutes of fixing my smudged eyeliner and braiding my hair and a 10 minute drive in the back of stiles' jeep.
"Hey"I smile and walk up to her.
We exchange classes and we have most of them together.I go to find everyone else to introduce Malia too when I'm stopped.
"Hey you seem better."I turn to the person and it's Liam.He has a bright smile and a stick thing it his had with the words Lacrosse across the side,must be the school sport I guess?.
"I feel a lot better,Still up for tea after school?"I ask.
"Sure thing"he says walking to his locker.
Maybe it won't be THAT terrible...
