-Andy's POV-

After the Pei Wei dinner, I dropped Scout off at her place. Before she got out of the car, she stopped.

"Andy?"

"That's my name."

"Do you still have feelings for Mina?"

"Yes but..."

"Oh.... Well, I'll see you soon. Goodnight", she turned to open the door.

"Wait! Scout!"

"Yes?"

"Im trying to get over her...", I quietly murmered..

"Oh, I hope you do."

"Do you think, maybe, I can stay with you for a bit? I need to take my mind off of her."

"No problem."

We got out and Scout introduced me to her parents. They were nice. Scout and I watched a movie in the living room, on her couch. While she popped popcorn, I checked my phone. There was nothing from Mina so far.

In the middle of the movie, Scout yawned and laid her head on my shoulder. I know she wasn't Mina but it felt sweet to have someone this close to me again, so I let her and put my arm around her.

When the movie was over, I said goodbye and she gave me a long, warm hug. It was nice spending time with a girl. I was actually kind of relieved i had someone to hold... I couldve been over Mina.. but.... I wasn't.

I loved Mina. I just liked Scout. It was totally different. Love and like are complete opposites. I cant just do this to Mina. But what about Vic? Aren't they together? I dont even know.. All I know is I love Mina but I also liked Scout..

I drove back home with the thought of Mina flooding my mind. I couldnt give up on Mina. I just couldnt, but I had to. After all, she already moved on. It's not like she missed me.. Did she? She did look a little jealous at Pei Wei. I parked my car and went inside my house.

Pulling my shirt off, I thought about moving on. The thought was ridiculous but I know it's the right thing to do. Im sure that's what Mina's thinking, too. I had to. I loved her though.. Maybe if I distracted myself, I can get over her... I'll ask Scout out tommorow. Im going to do it. I'll finally move on... hopefully.

-Mina's POV-

Theres nothing to do today. Summer is dead. Last summer, I spent almost every single day with Andy, my EX boyfriend. But now, I have no one. I couldve spent it with Vic but I spent enough time with him already. So, I called Lilly up.

"OH MY GOD.", Lily exclaimed, shocked.

"Yeah..."

"HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS?! Im so sorry.. I should teach Scout a lesson. I swear, she only makes everything worse!"

"Don't worry about it. I kinda moved on.."

"Kinda??"

"Well... I kinda like Vic but I still love Andy. I miss him", I sighed.

"Aww. Im so sorry."

Me and Lilly were sipping strawberry smoothies, while walking in the mall with Ed.

"Maybe you should tell Andy. After all, he probably misses you, too", Ed suggested.

"But, Ed, he probably thinks I'm with Vic!! Remember what I told you about the Pei Wei night?"

"Oh yeahh..."

We sipped our drinks and sat on a bench by the fountain, in the center of the mall. All we did was talk about my situation between Scout, Andy, and Vic. Ed got bored and was now texting his friend back in the UK.
