It was 7am and Silvo had been inside his office all night. He had no sleep or desire for it, he'd been going through strategies in his mind and was trying to map out the best plan of attack.

He felt drained by the time his Uncle Bruno had arrived.

"Silvo, I wish it was under better circumstances." Bruno kissed both Silvo'a cheeks and embraced him into a tight hug. Silvo reciprocated the gesture.

"Yes Uncle, nevertheless so good to see you."

"Ok, after we talk you need to sleep otherwise you'll be useless. Rest is more important than battle otherwise without it you won't be sharp and bright. So please don't make it easy for them to take Alessio, rest up and fight hard."

"You're right Uncle but my mind wouldn't stop, sleep was the last thing I thought about."

Guido and Alana walked into Silvo's office. They greeted Bruno and made their way back to the dining room to eat breakfast. Once they were done Bruno, Guido, Silvo and Mario made their way back into the office to discuss tonights strategy.

"So, I considered strategies but I want to take them by the element of surprise. They took Alessio right from under us without one drop of blood. This time I'm hoping we can do the same. I know they wake up at dusk. So I need to get inside the hideout before dusk and try to remove Alessio. If that fails we have 10,000 men that will make it a truly fierce battle." Silvo was deep in thought as he spoke.

Silvo explained the plans and they gave some advice but all in all his plans were good.

"Silvo, we're so very proud of you. I knew you were the right man for this job. If you need me I'm only a phone call away I can be here in 2 hours so call me and I will be there."

"Thank you Uncle. I'll take you to David he's been in the guest wing away from all the stress. He was part of the Irish Gang and knew Alessio from school. Once he found out they took her he informed us, he had no idea about the whole vampire thing so lets keep it that way. "

"Sure no problem."

Silvo introduced Bruno to David, he was ready to go. Given he liked the gang lifestyle it made sense that Bruno would take him on into his group for some small tasks. Once the introduction was made they took off back to the airport.

Alpha Silvo was mindlinked by Beta Mario.

Alpha Silvo, you won't believe this but we have a Tom here who needs to talk to Alessio's brother immediately.

Bring him to me now Beta Mario.

Alpha Silvo called his Uncle Bruno and asked him to come back as they'd only left 5 minutes ago. He quickly explained the situation and asked that they stay in the guest wing until they understood what mental and physical state Tom was in before he could leave to go with Uncle Bruno. David had already mentioned he was a goner.

Silvo mindlinked Guido.

Dad can you see if Reece from the Pizza Shop can get his arse down here asap. Let him know his brother Tom has just turned up.

Will do son.

There was a knock on the door and Beta Mario entered with Tom. Tom looked like a wreck. He had massive bags under his eyes, he looked withdrawn and gaunt. Knowing what Reece looked like he was shocked how this could be his brother. He looked like a drug addict. He was immediately cautious.

"Please sit Tom." Silvo pointed to a seat. "What do you know about my sister Alessio?"

"She was taken a few nights ago by Dargon and his men. I had no idea why so I just went along with it well until David went missing. He's been trying to tell me that this is all wrong and then he went. Some of the guys have been disappearing in our group never to be seen again. It's like really bizare."

"What about my Sister?"

"Tonight at midnight they're having a ceremony to unite Alessio and Dargon. At first I thought she wanted to be there but then I heard her cries and I managed to speak with her this morning before they woke up. She begged me to speak to you to help her."

"Thank you Tom. Can I get you anything?"

"A whiskey would be great." Tom smirked. "I'm as good as dead now, but I really fucked up when I got involved with this gang. I thought we'd be ok. Then David's gone and now Alessio is going to be taken back to Ireland by the end of the week."

"Listen, I can protect you. Do you trust me?"

Tom squirmed on his seat.

"No offence, but I don't trust anyone." Tom answered Silvo.

"Tom, I already know about you."

"How?"

"Despite your fuck ups you have two people who care deeply about you and want you saved."

"I do?"

"Tom, David is not dead. In fact he was on his way outta here for good to live in another City. My Uncle Bruno agreed to take him in and he has agreed to do the same for you. But there are conditions."

He was in shock. There was a knock at the door and Alana brought Reece into the office.

"Oh my god Tom!!!." Reece hugged his brother it was an almost teary embrace.

"I'm so sorry Reece. I'm so sorry I didn't listen to you or David."

"It's ok bro. You're here now."

Silvo interrupted.

"Tom we can give you a new start away from here under the guidance of my Uncle Bruno. But you need to stay clean and you need to follow instructions. If you stay here you will be dead. This is your only chance right now."

"Please Tom, please take it." Reece was begging his older brother.

Tom nodded.

Silvo called his Uncle and within a minute he was inside the office with David.

"Guys, this is a new start, and a once only offer so don't fuck it up. If you do you'll wish that Dargon had got to you first." Bruno added.

Reece hugged his Brother and said his goodbyes.

"Let me know you're address when you arrive and I'll send your stuff to you."

"Thanks Bro. I'm sorry I screwed up."

They said there goodbyes and Bruno left with David and Tom.

"Silvo thank you so much he owes you his life and I owe you my eternal thanks." Reece held his hand out to Silvo.

"Don't thank me yet, Bruno is tough and if they don't make the cut they'll be as good as dead."

"But they got a 2nd chance so I thank you." Silvo shook Reece's hand, then he walked out of the office saying his goodbyes to everyone.

Guido and Mario were still inside the office.

"Well tonight is the night. We have to get this right otherwise Alessio will be one of them by midnight." Silvo looked back at his Dad and Beta.

"Without those two idiots David and Tom we'd have no idea where to find these guys or Alessio so whilst they are grateful for what we've done for them we are also grateful for the information they gave us." Guido's lips went into a thin line as he spoke those words.

"Get some sleep Alpha Silvo and I will check on our men." Beta Mario placed his hand on his shoulder.

"I'm good, I just want my Sister back then I can relax again."

"Well we'll soon have her back." Alana entered into the office and hugged her son Silvo. "I have complete faith in you."

"Thanks." He whispered back.

The phone rang and it was Alpha Tyler. Silvo's parents and Beta left his office so he could talk in private.

"Alpha Tyler, are you ready to join our pack here tonight at 5pm?"

"Yes. We will be there by 3pm."

"Send my regards to Hunter."

"Will do."

"See you soon Alpha Silvo."

They both hung up the phone.
