Peeta comes in from the other room. And he lays down beside me. And kisses me on the forehead. I kiss him too and I ask him"What was that for"? He laughs and says" For giving me the best thing in the whole wide world". He deepened his kiss. He pulls me close and I laugh. But he stops me from continuing and he asks"Won't it hurt the baby"? I told him I am only 1 day pregnant. He asks again. He is always the baker boy,so sweet so kind. Why though. I kiss him again, but this time a little more rough. He pushes me down onto the bed. Even though I am already on the bed. We go to having clothes on. Then we were totally naked. He would slide his hands down my back. I would claw at him. We went from being tributes to lovers. This went on for about hour. Till I woke up the next morning. I wake up to the sight of Peeta's arm around me. I turn around and I give a good morning kiss on Peeta's lips. He smiles and leans in to give me another. He looks at me and asks"I have something to tell you, but don't get mad, do you think it's safe for you to have a baby, I mean first of all you didn't have the ability to have a child, something else can go wrong, Katniss are you okay?" I look at him with shock in my eyes. Why would he say something like that? I just stare and casually make may way back to laying down. I lay there crying my eyes out. He isn't ready. I'm ready, but he isn't for some reason. I finally ask him why. He looks at me and say"We'll I don't want anything to go wrong". I start to raise my voice and say"Nothing will go wrong, I want a baby, can't you see how happy I am, please Peeta understand that, I'm ready to have a kid, aren't you, why even discuss this,I am not getting rid of that please understand ". He looks and me and says quietly" Fine, but if you lose it, I will never ever forgive myself, I love you and yes I am ready, I don't want it to ruin you, cause if we lost the baby, I would never be able to live with the fact,and yes I understand". I start to understand what he is saying. I tell Peeta I am going to take a shower. I get in the shower and start to turn on the water and notice blood dripping from me onto the floor. I wipe and I just started my period. I lost the baby.
