Marcia was a well loved gal from West Point, Virginia, a small town by the river. She had dark mocha skin and long wavy that went down to her waist. But her eyes were the real reason she was admired. A rare disorder called Alexandria's Genesis left her with purple irises. It caught peoples attention when she walked down the road, but not in a good way. West Point was known for its racists. When she walked down, they first noticed her dark skin and yelled insults at her. Then, when she turned to confront them, they saw her eyes and called her horrible names like Alien Negro and threw rocks at her. She would run home crying to her mother but she would never talk about what happened.
