Chapter Fourteen

Ellie's POV...

    Prom is on its way! Its in about two weeks. Taylor is having some kind of pre-party. Its actually just an excuse to have friends over though. But who honestly cares. Of course I am going scince she is my best friend. You are supposed to wear something nice but not prom day nice. Cameron and I are going to go ahopping for a dress and his outfit. My phone ringed. It was Cam.

    "Hey baby."

    "Hey. Do I wear a tux?" Cam asked.

    "I mean you can if you want but I dont know if anybody else will be."

    "Do people usually wear tuxes?"

    "Beats me! We will figure this all out once you come to my house."

    "Okay I will drive you home after school. I dont want to drive to your house alone."

    "Okay. Bye honey, I love you." I made a kiss noise to the other end of the line.

    "Bye. I love you too." He made a kiss noise too and hung up.

    Today I did not want to ride the bus so I drove to school. I picked up Taylor too scince her house was on the way.

    "Thanks for picking me up! I didnt want to ask but my mom took my car away for today."

    "Yea no problem. So have you gotten your dress for the party yet?" I asked her.

    "No not yet, you?"

    "Nope. But I am going with Cam later today, you should come! Well you might be a kind of a third wheeler though." I told her.

    "No... I uh, have a date." She drifted off into the window.

    "WHAT!" I yelled. "When did this happen?!"

     "Well you are always hanging out with Cameron, I hardly see you anymore." She said sadly,

    "I know I know Im sorry. I will try to hang out with you more often." I gave her a hug. "But you and your date can still come with us." I told Taylor.

    "Okay we will meet you there at the mall at around 4:00 pm." She told me.

    "Okay. Well we are here so lets get to class. See you later!" I waved goodbye as I went to first period.

    "Bye!"
