I only created this book for this one rant because I have reached the point where I cannot stay quiet anymore. I may add other rants to this, who knows? But for now this is what I want to talk about.
N.B: This is a rant where I'm defending my God.
Okay, so about two years ago, when I first started getting really involved in social media and stuff I started feeling like being a Christan was a bad thing. I would read books on Wattpad and scroll through the comments, watch YouTube videos and check the comments, go on Facebook and check the comments on certain posts and in all of them there was at least one person bashing God.
Now when I say God, I don't mean idols and self proclaimed gods. I mean the Lord our Father who sent his only son to die for our ungrateful asses.
I am tired of biting my tongue every time I read a comment that goes something like this:
"If your God was real, then why is the world so fvcked up?"
"Why can't your God fix all the problems in the world? There are children starving in Africa."
"Your God is a piece of sh!t since he lets so many people suffer."
I actually saw the last one today on a YouTube video.
Now first off, there are children starving everywhere! Not only in Africa you ignorant fvck!
Give me one good reason why God should fix all the problems in this world? Tell me why God should heal the sick, feed the hungry and save the poor. Why? Why should he clean up the sh!t that we created for the second time?
If I'm not mistaken God made Adam and Eve and placed them in a garden where they weren't starving, they weren't 'poor' and you know something, if the devil hadn't intervened, their children wouldn't be any of those either.
We are the ones who destroyed God's creation. We are the ones who created the rich and the poor. We created a world where one side is dying from obesity and the other from starvation. Not God! So why should he fix it?!
And what exactly do you expect God to do, when we've all turned our backs on him? No one wants to pray anymore, it's all about me, me, me. What I want, what I need, but what about others? Everybody wants change, but few are actually willing to change.
I see people sit on there asses and complain about all the crimes going on in the world and every other bad stuff you can think of. They sit and complain and question whether or not there is a God, because if there was we'd be living in a perfect world.
Fvck no.
God gave us a perfect world, but mankind with it's moral decay corrupted it and now we have to live in the aftermath.
