Chapter 5

"Th-that was my first kiss" she said shyly. I was so surprised but
I didn't say anything, i kiss her temple. She put her head on my shoulder.
"Don't you worry. Because, everything is gonna be alright" i said tried to calm her

Then we suddenly pull away, as we heard a loud bang on the door!
Who could that be?!

*Bang Bang*
"I-i think it's my Dad, he must've come home early from the bar!" She whispered

Too late! The door is already slammed open.

"Ann! I see a fancy car on the driveway, are you bringing boys to my house?" Her dad shouted.

Then her sad spotted me. I saw his red eye, he must've been drunk.

"He was just taking me home that's all" her voice is strong

I stand up facing him.

"Taking you home? From where? Aren't you supposed to be at work?" Her dad ignored me and start questioning her.

"I got fired from my job" she whispered.

"You Bitch!" Her dad slapped her.

I can't just stand there, "Sir, enough!" I grab his hand

"Enough? Are you telling me stop? This is my child" he glared at me

"And what the fuck are you doing here? Are you fucking my Daughter?" Her dad come at me

"No, i was just bringing her home. And she's just being nice and invited me for a cup of coffee" i said calmly.

"Yeah for a cup of 'coffee'" he made and air bunny with his finger.

"That's the code for fucking you bastard! Don't you even dare touch my daughter!" He took a swing at me, i wasn't expecting it.

I fall onto the ground, she ran towards me.

"A-are you okay?!" She asked me
"Im okay" i got up from the ground immediately. I was so mad but then i look at Ann, i just can't

"Dad! Please don't!" She cried
"Shut the fuck up! Go to your fucking room!" Her dad shouted

"C'mon go to your room" i whispered to her
"No! I don't want to leave you here" she said.

Her dad grabbed her by the hand, and slammed her to the wall
"If i said go to your fucking room, you go to your fucking room!"

"Sir, don't you fucking dare hurting her like that! She's had enough!" I tore him away from her.

She ran to her room.

*Ann POV*

I'm shaking, what should i do?! My dad used to be an MMA fighter! He's going to crushed hunter!

First Mom, now Hunter?!

I should've not invited him over. Oh god. What a mess!!

Then i hear a loud crash, i imagine someone is thrown over the glass table!! Who could that be? Hunter or Dad?!

I ran across my room, its not that big. Well, its a small room. I grab my phone and start dialing 911.

*Hunter's POV*

"Arrrgh!" I groaned as my body slammed to the glass table

"THAT'S FOR FUCKING MY DAUGHTER" He shouted

"I AM NOT FUCKING YOUR DAUGHTER!" I ran to him with a full rage i take a swing at his head

He fall flat on his back, out cold.

Then i hear police sirens

Oh shit! I think to my self! I can't afford any scandals right now! What would my mom think?!

Ann came out of her room and ran towards me

"What happened to my dad?! What did you do to him?" Ann cried

"Ann, i was just defending myself!" I said to her

She sobs

The polices slammed open the door

"Hands above your shoulders!" Those sentence are repeated twice by the police.

I surrender immediately, uh! The pain in my back!

Then i see her dad standing up,
"Why would you do this to me Ann? Why you always bring pain to my life" her dad said lowly and in pain

Ann cried not knowing what to do she ran to her dad

"Young lady you cannot go near him" the policeman said.

"Don't take my dad away please!"

*at police station"

I was questioned if i were inebriated or under the influence of drug. They even tested my urine. I passed all the test, but still i got charges for assault. Her dad's definitely going to jail.

I got release after 13 hours in the police station (including 3 hours treatment for my wounded back) and that is when my mom have to come and bail me out,
"what happened Hunter? One minute you were a good boy the next minute you assaulted somebody" my mom asking me worried. "Mom, i was attacked first" i defend my self "i know son, but what the investor will think?" My mom asking me softly "Mom! I just got assaulted by an old man, and all you think is business?" I raise my voice, but then i regret it sooner. "I'm sorry, come on let's go home. You need to take some rest"

As i walk down the hall i saw Ann's crying at a plastic chair. I run towards her and sit next to her. "Ann, i am so sorry for what happened back in the house" i grab her hand which she immediately pulled away, i was a little hurt by her respond. "Come on i'll take you home" i grab her arms, she resisting trying to ran away from my grasp. "Ann, i'm so sorry. I'll deal with your father's problem tomorrow. Now let's go home and let me take care of you" i see my mom frowning face, i don't like it when i made her sad. "I don't need to be taken care of, i'm not a baby anymore!" Ann shout at me. "Look at you, you're covered in bruises. I can't just let you sitting here all alone by yourself" this time i pick her up from the ground and took her to my mom's car and to my expectation she's wiggling trying to let go of me, my mom followed me from behind "Oh god son!" My mom face palm her self.

We were in my mom's cadillac escalade. My mom sit at the front seat besides the driver. I guess my mom doesn't fancy me holding some random girl she never met before. To me shes not just some random girl. I like her. A lot.
