Valentine had woken up to a light sound of snoring. His blurred eyes scanned around him a little before focusing on the sleeping body beside him. Lora slept in the same bed after all. The blond chuckled inwardly and rolled off the bed. He was fully clothed still. However, any crusty dried blood on him was now washed off. Of course, his body still bruised and hurt when he moved.

The young man entered the bathroom to do his daily business and glance in the mirror like every morning. He looked like someone who'd taken a beating. Though it was nothing new, he gets that look all the time after a match. Valentine let out a soft sigh, thinking of how his boxing Career was over. His fans would be heartbroken to hear he died.

Worse yet, he didn't. Issac had died. "oh god." Valentine said suddenly. leaning against the door he was about to leave out of. The Ex-Boxer slowly fell onto the ground. He covered his face with his hands as he felt a small patch of tears try to escape. Issac, his personal trainer who had been his good friend since the beginning. The young man shook a little, wondering what will happen with Issac's family. His two kids and wife. What if the mafia came after them too? "God dammit." Valentine cursed.

He may not have killed Issac physically, but the young boxer felt as if he killed Issac himself. Valentine cowered on the floor as he thought about Lora as well. He dragged her into this, and what about her family. They'd miss their little girl too. "Im such an idiot, Dammit! How can I be so stupid?! Why didnt I loose that damn match!!"

"Val?" Came from outside the door. Valentine jumped up and brushed himself off. He wiped the tears from his face and opened the door gently with a fake smirk. "sorry don't let me interrupt your potty time." the blond joked but only got a hard gaze right back. He could tell already, he was probably going to get scolded.

"idiot." she snapped, hugging the male boxer with enough force to make Valentine step back a few steps. "you never have to cry alone." she said into his chest. She clutched onto him with all her strength. Valentine was hesitant, but slowly hugged back. Eventually he hugged harder until he was on his knees, clutching onto Lora as he shook and sobbed. "This isnt something people should be able to handle on their own... I dont understand why or how you can hold any of it in..." she whispered to him, petting his hair in a motherly-like fashion.

Valentine and Lora stayed like this for a long time before the young boxer stood up and said "Dont tell anyone I did that." he stated, patting her on the shoulder as he walked out of the bathroom. He wiped his face with his sleeve in a fit of annoyance. The blond walked to the window and looked outside. It was deserted, except a few cars. He furrowed his brows as the sunlight shone in his eyes. He closed the curtain once more and looked around the room. He took a deep breath and leaned against the wall.

Lora had started her own shower, the water starting made Valentine assume that's what she was doing. His mind had switched to her. Her looks, her situation, just her on general. He found himself focusing on her personality. She was rude, cruel and harsh. However, when Lora wanted she was caring, kind and motherly. Valentine was starting to hate how opposite she could get and still be pretty. The blond boxer glared at the bathroom door in annoyance. Was she always like that or just with him? Whatever it was, it really upset that Valentine also had an enemy with him now. If they were going to be stuck together until they get to America then they need to be a bit kinder to each other.

The water switched off in the bathroom and Valentine listened to her move around. He took a deep breath and decided to go ask the front desk if they had any food. The blond opened the door of the motel and looked around carefully. He spotted a McDonalds across the street and diced to waste the little money he had on that. He shut the door and made his way over there, hands in his pockets. The sun was warm on his skin during his long walk across the parking lot and street. Once getting inside he looked around. There was a few people in the seats. All relaxing and reading the morning news. However, all of them glanced up and started whispering once Valentine arrived.

The blond assumed it was because he was a famous Boxer so he did what most celebrities did. ignored it. As he walked up to the counter, he began his order. Two Cheese burgers, large fries and a sprite for him. Chicken nuggets and small fries with a orange soda for Lora. He really didn't care what she got, but might as well get something to prevent another tongue lashing. While he was ordering, the whispers from the other costumers got a little louder, as if they were focused on his back. Valentine noted this, as well as the shocked cashier girl who told Valentine she'd be right back. Valentine nodded, not thinking of it as anything and looked around as he waited.

While he was looking around and still ignoring the loud whispers, he spotted a small flyer. After second glancing it he noticed how the face on there was his and the other was Lora. He nearly threw up just seeing that he was wanted, not only by the police but the mafia as well. Dead or Alive. Valentine ripped the flyer right off the board to get a closer look. His stomach sank as he saw the reward. As he was reading the radio, once playing music from the speakers, spoke in a familiar voice. "The search for Valentine Gray and Lora Williams continues~ If you find them please contact your authorities. They are wanted criminals and are very dangerous." It was Adriano. Valentines anger rose inside him instantly.

Valentine glared as they set his food on the counter for him. however, once seeing the face of Valentine the young girl cowered and ran to the manager who was also talking to the cashier. Each looked worried, glancing at Valentine like he was a criminal. "Im not a criminal!" Valentine yelled, setting money on the counter and taking the food. With that Valentine ran out of the place as fast as he could. Almost hit by a car several times whiles crossing the street and parking lots. He fumbled with the door but flung it open and slammed it shut behind him. He threw the food on the bed realizing he had taken the tray with him on the run.

Lora was sitting on the bed and jumped once Valentine got into the room. "Oh, food? Thanks--"

"Eat quick! They have us on the news and advertising for our arrest, they think we're criminals!!" Valentine yelled, without meaning to. Lora looked up at him shocked, frozen on the bed. "EAT!" He roared in shock as Lora jumped again, nearly falling of the bed. She brushed her wet hair behind her ears as she took a few pieces of food hesitantly. "We're going to have to get a ticket as soon as possible if we're going to survive." the blond had muttered with a depressing tone compared to the angered one from before.

Lora ate silently, watching Valentine go rigid and tense. He would glare at the food in front of him rather than eating it. Instead of taking a bite of his burger, it was crushed in his strong fingers from stress. The guts of the burger squished between his fingers causing him to swear and get some towels. The female sighed and stopped him from going any further for a quick second.

"I can't say I can fallow my own words, however panicking with rage is not going to help you... Take deep breaths and eat your food, Valentine.... " she said in a motherly like tone. At the same time she had grabbed a towel and cleaned off his hands the best she could. The young female looked up at the boxer and smiled lightly.

Valentine gazed back down on the female with a frustrated gaze. he shifted uncomfortably before giving a deep breath. He glare to the side as Lora patted him on the shoulder and walked off to eat. The blond boxer looked around for his second burger before going onto his phone to find plane tickets.

Lora leaned against the wall on the bed and chewed silently as the room filled with an uncomfortable silence.

In her thoughts she was doubting she'd ever escape Adriano or the Mafia. The brunette took her own deep breath but couldn't get her mind straight. She shut her eyes, and all she saw was blood splatter. Lora opened her eyes again to see Valentine clicking away on his phone, seeming to have found something that caught his interest.

"did you find something?" she asked in a squeaky voice, which made Valentine looked up shocked.

"How do you feel about visiting America?"
