"Stay in the car, I'm going in," Desiree said while opening her door.

"What? No, I tagged along just to stay in the car? Not gonna happen Knight," Bridget said.

Desiree sighed, walked around the car and opened the passenger door, "Come on your highness."

"I believe you mean 'Your Majesty'," Bridget announced.

"Ok, come on my majesty," Desiree chuckled before wrapped her arm around Bridget's shoulder.

Bridget laughed, "Idiot."

Desiree let her eyebrows furrow when she saw the front door was broken in, she walked in anyway, "Let's go upstairs, I hear voices."

They went stairs to Q's bedroom, Desiree sighed with relief when she saw Jason, "J, you scared me."

"Desiree, what's up?" He smiled and hugged her.

"Who were you talki-" Desiree drowned when she saw her father come out of the bathroom in his uniform. Desmond was an ex-con turned police officer, he was actually chief now.

"Hi Desiree," Desmond Knight gave a little smile to his daughter.

Desiree ignored him, "What happened Jason?"

"Russ killed Quentin, I'm sorry Desiree. I'm just here giving your dad som-"

"He was never a dad to me," Desiree corrected.

"Oh, sorry. Your....sperm donor some info to put into the case," Jason said, "I'm the one who found Quentin dead...in his bed."

"So he was killed in his sleep?" Desiree asked in a sad voice.

"Yeah, Russ smothered him. I believe he was after the money that's in Q's safe, it was stupid though because he still didn't take it, he couldn't get in it," Jason shrugged.

"So you mean to tell me, my best friend died for nothing," Desiree clenched her fist, "How do you know so much? How do I know you didn't kill him and are just trying to point fingers at him?"

"Des, I looked up to Quentin, I would never kill him. I know because I heard him talking about how Quentin owed him money, I asked Q about it and he said Russ wasn't getting shit because he didn't do any work. Russ broke a deal he made with Quentin," Jason nodded.

"Oh god, Even being in this room is too much," Desiree sighed.

"I feel the same way, so, what brings you here?" Jason asked.

"Business," she said, "J this is Bridget Galloway by the way, my friend."

"Hello beautiful, thank you for brightening up my day," he smirked and kissed her hand.

She pulled her hand away, "I'm sorry, how old are you?"

"19 but who's counting?" Jason asked.

"I am," Bridget scoffed.

Des smirked, "Nice try kid, show me around a bit Jason, tell me what you know."

"Alright, I found the study very interesting..." He said as they walked out the room.

Desmond cleared his throat, "So Bridget, how long have you and my daughter been dating?"

"We are not dating, just friends," Bridget stated.

"For now. I'm Desmond Knight by the way," he stuck out his hand.

"Bridget Galloway," she shook it.

"I'm a tad bit of a fan, you're amazing," he smiled.

She blushed, "Thank you. So I have a question...why does Desiree hate you so much?"
