I search everywhere I know and she's nowhere. I think to myself 'where else could she be?' And then I thought. Bathroom!
Of course she's in there, all girls go there to cry.

I search for her but she is nowhere to be seen. Not even in the bathroom. In fact, nobody's in there.

Ugh screw it, I might as well ask James if he knows where she goes.

I go back outside and I see James sitting at a bench on his own, dabbing his eye with a wet paper towel. I walk up to him and he looks up and smiles when he notices me standing there looking down at him.

"Hey.." I drag out.
"Oh, hey.. Je..mma?"
"It's Jessica." I smile.
"Sorry, Jessica." He says awkwardly.
"No problem.. Hey do you know where Emma would go?"
"Well, she'd go anywhere that
I'm not." He laughs before looking down.
"Oh.." I laugh awkwardly.
"Maybe, just wait until after school and message her or something?" He suggests while looking back up to me.
I nod my head before realising something...
"I don't have her number."
He laughs, "Facebook?"
"Oh, yeah. I will add her tonight."
"Okay, cool."

I smile as I awkwardly look around.
"Well.. Erm.." I begin,
"Make sure to add me." He smirks.
"Sure." I smile before walking away blushing.

I'm quite an awkward person.

I continue my day and still no Emma. It's finally "home time" and I walk out of the gates that this British school has us trapped in and I spot my mothers car in the distance, across the road from where I'm walking. I walk fast and i'm about to rush across the busy road before a hand grabs my arm and pulls me back.

"What the hell are you doing?!" James shouts at me.
I shrug nervously.
"Shit Jess! You could have been hit by a car!"
I look up to him and I just stare into those beautiful green eyes of his.
"I-I.. Erm.. In America.. the cars would just stop if someone...were to cross.." I tell him, with a stutter.
He shakes his head and chuckles.
"Well you're in England now, you really need to learn your road safety."
I blush with embarrassment,
"Okay.. Well thanks for telling me and... I'm - I'm sorry.. You know, for being an idiot."
"You're right, you are an idiot." He smirks.
"Well thanks!" I laugh, hitting him playfully before we say goodbye to each other.

He's actually a nice guy.
