Chapter 11

After that whole thing with Arima we've grown so much closer. He's opening up more and we're spending a lot of time together. I love it, I really do but I've been questioning a few things.

Why is he being nice now?

Why is he barely doing this?

Is he trying to get my guard down so he could attack me?

Am I going to die soon?

Just calm down. You're the black ghost. Did you forget already? You can take down anyone and anything that comes in your way.

Yeah yeah I know but this is different. This isn't some random investigator. This is Arima your boyfriend and father to your baby.

Yes I'm pregnant. I haven't told Arima about the baby and I'm not sure if I want to now.

It was night time and I knew what was going to happen. The raid.

Tonight Arima was going with his squad to raid another ghoul house. There were more ghouls in there and they also had the ghouls from the last raid.

Being the soft person I am I decided that I would have to go and save them. I changed into the same thing I wore the last time and left. I walked through the alleyways and noticed that this squad was on a higher alert then the last time.

I quickly ran into the house from the back and started getting ghouls out. As soon as I cleared the rooms it began.

CCG came in and started blowing the place up. No they did not " blow it up " by using bombs.

Gunshots and weapons were thrown all over the place.

I ran into the second floor and started cracking windows and throwing ghouls out to safety. Yes there were others there to catch them stupid. I ran from room to room saving ghouls and killing investigators.

As soon as I got to the last room on the second floor I ran into the little girl Yui. She was the only one in that room. She looked at me and smiled, her eyes sparkling. I quickly grabbed her and cracked the window open.

A man was already there with his arms out. " Take care of her!" I yelled. As soon as I was about to drop her gun shots started going off.

I dropped Yui and the man caught her. I looked all over the room and there was blood everywhere.

Who's blood was this?

Oh wait.

Stupid.

You're the only one in the room.
