Practically straight off the plane from Ireland Jarrett Burton-Page sighed, "Almost as cold as Ireland" He thought to himself as he walked down to the front office of Brooklyn Community Arts & Media High School. What a mouthful, but this is where he was accepted into. Kinda. He didn't even audition, they just sorta found him through videos of him doing scenes and such on YouTube.

He tugged on his dark green sweater as he walked into the offices, a nervous smile on his pale orange freckled face. There was shouting coming from the principal's Office, or at least that's what it seemed like. A short, 5'3" ball of fury was practically dragged out kicking and screaming. "You'll have to wait Miss Parker. Mr.O'Brien has a very special meeting today in a few, and you're not going to be messing this up for him." The Corporal of this school shouted.

"Fuck that asshole, him and I need to fucking talk!" She screeched right back. Jarrett swallowed hard, a hand coming up to run through his short coppery colored hair. "You know, I have handcuffs Kelsey. I'm not afraid to handcuff you to that damn chair in my office again." "Woww, so fucking scared Jason, I don't care what kinky thing you're into. I NEED to talk to James right now!" she spat back, slipping out of her leather jacket and fell to the floor.

'This girl is a ball of fiery rage, Jesus. She's cute though. Her half shaven, still short, head of hair complements her short fused temper. Kelsey Parker doesn't seem all that bad.' Jarrett thought to himself once again, awkwardly standing in the middle of the offices practically staring at some girl who was having a hissy fit. America was going to be interesting. New York was going to be the death of him. "Don't call me by my first name Kelsey, you could always pretend that you have some respect for me right? Now stand up, and please wait your turn. You'll have your time, just wait okay?" Corporal had his hand out for her and she shook her head, "Nope, never gonna happen Jase. I don't respect you. I might be a phenomenal actress, but that's only on the stage and when I lie to my mother about my smoking. I NEED to speak to James right now thoughhh!!" she whined.

Jarett awkwardly shifted, and crossed his arms. Corporal sighed, "I'm tempted to just leave you here. Maybe turn off the heat, and take your jacket. Let you freeze to death, but I can't Kelse. Just grow up for once, just for today. Mister O'Brien needs to talk to this kid, it'll be maybe a 4 cigarette talk. I'll even give you one of my good lighters if you wait nice, and patiently in my office. Open the window if you're gonna smoke please.." He suggested, hand still outstretched. Kelsey thought about it for a second, "You got it Jason. But, I won't be needing help up." She turned on her bum and stood making eye contact with Jarrett's sweater.

Kelsey's eyes widened, "Is this the kid? My god is he tall." she took a step closer and ran a hand through her hair. "Kelsey Parker, I'm this school's bad seed. They can't seem to expel me, I'm wayyy too talented apparently." Her hand outstretched, waiting to shake Jarrett's hand. He was too transfixed on the bright blue eyes, that were even brighter because of the dark makeup that seemed to pool around them. He smiled a sweet dimpley smile, and shook her hand.

"Jarrett Burton-Parker, parents sent me here thinking I'd actually make something out of myself after the school contacted them. I'm straight out of Ireland. " They shook hands for a little too long, "So, I'm totally gonna start calling you Foreign Exchange. FE for short, if that's coolio with you?" She said finally letting his hand go and watch it fall to his side. Jarrett smiled, "It's funny, but I'm sure you could think of something more clever. It'll give you an excuse to hang out with me. Figure me out, give me a good enough nickname?"

Kelsey smiled back her dimple piercings moving slightly, "Hm, sounds like a plan. You know where to find me after your little meeting with principal buttmunch. If not, follow the trail of cigarette smoke." She winked and turned to Corporal and he handed her her jacket. "By the way. You'll probably be told to stay away from me, by like everyone. Fuck them. They don't matter. I also have a boyfriend thing, he gets jealous easy. He has a reason to, I kinda like fucking with people's heads sometimes especially his. Sooo he might get all pissy but tell him you're gay or some shit. Kay?"

Jarrett was insanely confused but he didn't really care at the moment, he needed friends. She seemed like she'd be great fun. He nodded, "Yeah, I'll figure something out..." He whispered, his Irish accent like music to Kelsey's ears. This time it was her turn to nod, "Coolio. Now, you have a meeting, and I have four cigarettes to burn into my lungs." She turned on her heel, her boot making a kind of whine noise. "Jason." She started as she took a few steps, "Escort me to your office please good sir."

And the next thing Jarrett knew she was gone in the Corporal's office. He sighed, this wasn't the weirdest day he's ever had. Nor the loneliest, he just wanted to start his damn classes already. A woman came out of the area Kelsey was having a fit at just minutes ago, she was dressed in full pink and had a dull smile on her matching pink lips. "You must be Jarrett, Mister O'Brien will see you now." He nodded and took a few steps, this was it.

Author's Note:

This storyline sorta just came to me, I quite like it so far. I will attempt to update this... I always say that but, I don't wanna lose this plot like I did with A Motionless Prom~ Speaking of, I'm most likely going to be deleting it. I don't like the way I wrote it. I might restart with the same concept but eh. -Kendall
