οι Αμαζόνες The Amazons
"We shed the blood of our enemies in hopes that our civilization will know nothing, but triumph and glory. Men will fear what they thought was weak and fragile, but I come to tell you that we, women, are not weak. We are the Amazons, we know no fear, we know only blood, and victory." Queen Hippolyta yelled with all her might as spoke to her people standing below her.
The Queen of the Amazons stood with her golden girdle shining radiantly upon her, emphasizing her might and power as the Amazonian Queen. Hippolyta's eyes were filled with a fiery passion as she spoke to her people," For centuries this Empire has been alive and thriving on this island, Themiscrya, and centuries more we will be standing here as a strong nation."
Orithyia, the fourth sister of Hippolyta and councilwoman of the royal family, grumbled lightly to Hippolyta's words as she does not believe her sister's wisdom to be true.
Hippolyta heard the grumbles of her sister, but she did not act on it as she should. The relationship between Hippolyta and Orithyia has always been strained. She was more war-crazed and Hippolyta believed more in strategy, than going head first into battle.
Hippolyta continued to speak to her people as they were all gathered," The old ways are what have been keeping us from crumbling like Troy or defeated like Sparta. Diverging from our current beliefs will do more harm than good my sisters, you must see reason in that," Hippolyta continued," We do not need diversion and we do not need a new, may this be the last I hear of a rebellion."
Hippolyta turned to leave the crowd as it began to dissipate, but a single woman stood still in the quarter, her eyes burning with rage as she watched Hippolyta walk away. The Amazon woman yelled at her Queen," YOU ARE WEAK HIPPOLYTA!" The Woman Continued," THE AMAZONS WILL FALL BECAUSE OF YOU!"
