Adoption

MacKenzie's P.O.V

We were on our way to the orphanage right now, we had gone last week so that we could see which kid we wanted to adopt. We picked this kid named Aiden, from the information we were given we know that he is 5 ft. 2' , 13 years old, has blue eyes (like Dalton) and Brown hair (like me). When we got to the orphanage this lady named Mrs.Rose welcomed us in, she was the owner of the orphanage. We had to sign some papers and show her some legal documents.

Then she called Aiden down, he came down the stairs in a black Nirvana Tee and ripped jeans. "Yes?" He asked then he noticed we were here "oh, are these the ones who will be adopting me?" He asked. His voice was a little high pitched but it was okay. "Yes. This is Mr.bord and, how do you pronounce you last name again?" She asked me "rapattoni, and his is Bourg." Dalton told her "oh I'm sorry I mispronounced it. This is Mr.Bourg and Mr.Rapattoni. Your new parents." Mrs.Rose continued

"so they are gay?" Aiden asked which made me think that he didn't like that. "Aiden! That's none of your business!" Mr.Rose exclaimed "If they are going to be my parents then of course it's my business. I don't want Gay parents! It's unnatural!" Aiden yelled

He then ran back upstairs and we heard a door slam. "I'm so sorry. He isn't normally like this. I'll go talk to him." Mrs. Rose told us as Mrs.Rose started up the stairs I had and idea "would it be okay if I went up and got him?" I asked because I could tell something was bothering him and I wanted to talk to him. "Sure. Upstairs second door to your left." She directed me.

I went up and knocked on the second door on the left. "Go away!" Aiden yelled "can I come in?" I asked "No! I said go away!" Adien called back "can I just talk, to you?" I asked trying to find a way to get in. "No!" Adien yelled I just sat against the door and sighed. Then I started to sing my song: Everyone's got a story. I nearly fell back when the door was opened "You sing?" Aiden asked me "Yah. You?" I asked "no not really but I do play guitar." He told me "oh cool. I do too. You have a guitar." I asked him trying to see if he would let me into his room. " yah." He said "can I see you play?" I asked "sure." He said

When I walked in his room was a mess. There were clothes on the floor, papers all over his desk, and it was just a mess. Then he sat on his bed which was the only clean thing in his room. He grabbed his guitar and stung a few notes "what do you want to hear me play?" He asked "ummm...... Do you know I want you to want me by cheap tricks?" I asked and he nodded "will you sing it as I play it?" He asked me "sure. If you want me to." I told him and he nodded again. He started to strum the notes on the guitar and shortly after I started to sing.

"I'll get home early from work if you'll say that you love me"

I sang.

When we stopped I looked at him and he looked at me then I asked him "Hey can I ask you something?" I asked him wanting to ask him about earlier "sure. Go ahead." He said while putting his guitar down "what happen earlier? When you asked if we were gay? Why did you get mad and call it unnatural?" I ask but he stayed quiet but then I said "it's okay if you don't want to tell me. You don't have to, you also don't have to let me and Dalton adopt you. We could find someone else." I said then got up but I felt a hand grab my wrist I turned around to see Aiden "no. Don't go. Sit down please." He said with a sad expression
