April 27, 2016 Wednesday 7:44amOkay so it's 7:44am and don't usually wake up at this time but today I did.
So so far I drank water with lemon, it gives u energy and helps ur body feel good, so i thought I'll bring some.
And at 9:00 I'm going to exercise for an hour on a treadmill.

Update: so it's 11:36am and I jut finished drinking a protein shake,
I'll post a pic of it.
And I know I said I was going to work out for an hour but I ended up doing an hour and 30 minutes, which is a very good thing:) I think I'm going to keep doing that.
So I stopped my work out at 10:30, drank my shake at 11:06, I did it because in between time I was resting and took a shower.So now I, just in bed, I'll be back with another update.
Weight: 286.6 pounds

Around 12:30 I drank this fiber with a bunch of herbs, it's disgusting and taste like grass and tea.I hate it but it's good for you to go to the restroom, anyways what I ate for dinner was:
Crab
Vegetables
And some water, it's was pretty bomb:)Okay I'll be back with a last update

Btw the only reason why I'm doing these updates every couples hours is because I forget everything
Anyways I exercised again but only for one hour because it's windy and I work out outside
And now I'm drinking a shake witch contains
All natural oatmeal
One banana
Some ice
And milkTbh it's extremely bomb!!!!!
