Chapter 13
Dinner with Flemeral was never quiet. She didn't know how to sit still, how to let silence breathe.
The restaurant she dragged me into was one of those modern ones—dim lighting, sleek black tables, and music that hummed just below the buzz of conversation. She looked dazzling in that formal dress, her wavy hair framing her face, lips painted a dangerous red. She ordered almost half the menu without hesitation while I stuck to steak and a glass of water.
"You're boring," she teased as the waiter walked away. "Who goes to a restaurant like this and orders just steak and water?"
"Someone who doesn't want to waste time reading every item on the menu," I said dryly, cutting into the bread basket that had been placed on the table.
Her smile didn't falter. "You're always like this, Ice. Plain. Stoic. But deep down I know you're just pretending."
I raised a brow at her. "Pretending to what? Enjoy useless chatter?"
She leaned forward, eyes gleaming in the candlelight. "Pretending you don't enjoy my company."
I sipped my water, choosing not to answer.
When the food arrived, she dug in immediately, humming softly like a child with her favorite meal. "You know," she said with her mouth half-full, "we've been doing a lot of things couples do."
I stabbed a piece of steak, chewing slowly. "We're not a couple."
She pouted dramatically. "Not yet."
I sighed, pushing my plate aside when I was done. "You really don't give up, do you?"
"Of course not," she replied instantly, grinning. "I told you—I'll take your heart. Even if I have to wrestle it from you piece by piece."
I leaned back, arms crossed, letting her words wash over me like background noise. But when she looked at me with that stubborn fire in her eyes, I felt a spark deep inside—one I hated to admit existed.
We finished dinner with her laughing at her own jokes and me watching her silently, trying to ignore how good she looked when she was carefree. When the bill was settled, I drove her home.

When we reached her house, she didn't move. Just sat there, chewing her lip, eyes flicking toward me like she was wrestling with something.
"Not getting out?" I asked, glancing at her.
She took a deep breath. "I think we should date. As in... actually have a relationship. Boyfriend-girlfriend thing." She turned her gaze away quickly, almost shy.
I let out a humorless laugh. "You know I don't do dates."
"We've been doing things, Ice," she pressed. "Kissing. Touching. Things only couples do. And..." She hesitated, voice dipping lower. "We already did things married people do."
I stared at her. "We both wanted it, Eral. Don't twist it."
"Doesn't matter. From now on, you're my boyfriend. I'm your girlfriend. Official." Her tone was final, her grin maddening.
"Why?" My brows furrowed. "Why are you doing this?"
She smiled, soft but determined. "Because I told you—I'll take your heart. No matter what's happened, that doesn't change. I want you to love me. And I want you to take responsibility for taking my virginity."
My jaw tightened. "I told you already. I don't have a heart."
Her smile widened, and she pressed her palm against my chest. "Then what's this beating? Your dick?"
"What the fuck?" I snapped, glaring.
"See? Even the heartless man has a heart." She smirked triumphantly.
I shoved the car door open and stepped out. "Bye."
But before I could get back in, her hand gripped my arm, pulling me back. I turned sharply. "What's your prob—"
Her lips crashed against mine, cutting me off. My eyes slid shut against my will. My arms wrapped around her waist, dragging her closer, our kiss hungry, reckless.
"You'll regret kissing me," I muttered between breaths.
"I don't mind regretting things with you," she whispered against my lips.
She tugged me toward her house, fumbling with the keys, barely breaking the kiss long enough to open the door. The moment it closed, she pressed me against the wall, kissing like a starving girl who only wanted me. A picture frame fell and shattered, but she didn't care.
"Don't mind the frame," she panted, lips crashing back to mine.
I spun her, pinning her to the wall instead, my body pressing flush against hers. Every thought, every restraint, burned away. All that existed was Eral and the fire between us.
By the time we broke apart, we were panting, lips raw. She suddenly stripped, shedding her clothes until only her bra and panties clung to her. I reached for my shirt, but her hand caught mine.
"I'll undress you," she said with a wicked smile.
I let her. Her hands slid beneath my shirt, warm palms caressing my chest, my abs. My lip caught between my teeth as I fought to suppress the groan. She peeled the shirt away, leaving me bare under her gaze.
Her lips trailed my neck, teeth grazing my adam's apple. "What the—"
"Shh..." she whispered wickedly. "You're not the only one who knows foreplay. I learned from you. Now I'm turning the tables."
Her tongue traced down my chest, swirling around my nipple before trailing lower across the ridges of my abs. My breath hitched as she knelt, unbuckling my belt, unzipping my pants until they pooled at my ankles.
My boxer strained, the bulge obvious. She smirked, then leaned forward-biting me through the fabric.
"Ah-fuck..." I groaned.
Her grin was sinful as she looked up at me.
"You bad girl," I growled, shoving her down onto the cold marble floor. I loomed over her, eyes dark. "Why bite me there?"
"Because it's mine now," she purred.
"Then this is mine." My hand slipped into her panties, fingers brushing her slick heat. She moaned, arching into my touch.
"You like that?" I teased.
"Y-Yes..." she gasped.
"Say it's mine."
"It's yours," she moaned, louder this time.
"You want more?"
Her hand shot down, tugging my boxers. Her palm wrapped around my hard length. "I want this."
Her words snapped my restraint. I ripped her panties aside, crushed my mouth to hers, my hands yanking her bra away. My cock throbbed, thick and ready, pressing against her entrance.
She was tight—just as before. And I pushed inside.
"A—Ahh... Ice..." she cried, clinging to me.
"Fuck... baby..." The word slipped out with a guttural groan.
"You called me baby..." she gasped, lost in pleasure.
Her walls squeezed me mercilessly as I thrust, heat consuming us both. The world outside her house vanished. There was only sweat, skin, the sound of our bodies colliding, and her voice moaning my name like a mantra.
Our climax tore through us, raw and blinding. I spilled inside her, collapsing beside her onto the cold floor, both of us drenched and trembling.
She nestled against me, head resting on my chest. "We did it without protection..."
"You don't regret it, do you?" I asked, voice hoarse.
She shook her head.
I smirked faintly, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "Then fine. I'll date you."
