Clink, clink, clink, clink

The (e/c) eyed girl blinked as she tapped on her duel disk. (y/n) had to make a new deck today, it was an assignment. Apparently Professor Bonaparte thought it was a good idea to make new deck. He said the students needed to experience something new, of course (y/n) was uncomfortable with this process of course. She liked her old deck, but to make a new deck? (y/n) thought about the new deck, she thought she did an okay job.

(y/n) flipped her hair with her hand, she then sighed. (y/n) was early to the class, some students were in there already but ones she didn't really know. As usual, her brother was not there. But she was early, she had to be patient with him. (y/n) looked over at the door as she watched a group of students walk in. It was the exchange students. They were laughing and talking to each other. One was silent which was strange but she didn't think too much of it.

(y/n) did know one of the students well, Johan. That male was her brother's best friend. So he caught her stare and smiled at her. He made his way up the stairs and placed himself, in her space. (y/n) made a strange noise from her throat then gave him an unimpressed stare.

"Do you know about personal space? Can you not invade my 'bubble'?" (y/n) stated as she pushed him off of herself.

Johan laughed, "Relax man! We're friends!"

"I'm not Judai, I'm far from him." (y/n) barked in a mean tone.

Johan scooted away, "Don't be so harsh, dude."

She rolled her eyes then looked away from him. They sat in awkward silence for some of the spare time. They would sometimes make small remarks to each other. Though nothing of the sort after that. Johan thought that (y/n) might have some similarities to Judai. Though (y/n) was indeed very different, they acted nothing yet they had that weird... Aura of kindness esque around them. Yes (y/n) was indeed selfless like Judai. I guess you can say that.

"Class is starting, where's Judai...?" Mumbled (y/n) as she stood up to look at the door.

Asuka patted her shoulder then spoke, "Hey don't worry, you know your brother. He's probab-"

Judai ran into the classroom with his jacket partially on him and then yelled, "HA, I'M NOT LATE PROFESSOR!"

"You're 30 seconds late." Professor Bonaparte sighed as he rubbed his temples.

"If you're really that mad about you can-"

(y/n) stood up then shouted, "Hey Judai! I have breakfast for you! I made it myself! I know you're really hungry!"

Judai's face lit up, "Aw thanks sis!"

He ran up to the area where she was sitting at. Judai pushed Johan into the next seat, Johan grunted and moved. (y/n) placed the box in front of him, Judai smiled lightly. He picked up a rice ball and bit from it. (y/n) sighed and placed her head on her desk. She was embarrassed by this very simple act. The girl didn't like to yell in front of the class. (y/n) could even hear some students giggle and chuckle to themselves.

"Hate you." (y/n) mumbled.

Judai chuckled, "Love you too."
