[ later at anubis house, the sibuna's are all in nina and amber's room waiting to hear what happened. ]

fabian's pov:

nina gathered all of us in her room to tell us what happened.

"so, he kidnapped me and took me to some abandoned warehouse in, like the middle of nowhere." she started.

"i tried to ask him questions and stuff to see why he kidnapped me or who he was.

he wouldn't tell me exactly what he needed me for. he just said that i was the chosen one and i needed to be protected.

then, he for some reason, showed me who he was.

it was victor roden—" i started, but alfie cut her off.

"i knew it. he's back. they always come back!" he yelled.

"alfie! relax. well, actually don't relax. it's worse than victor." she told him.

"worse? but you just said victor." he said.

"you didn't let me finish.

it's victor rodenmaar sr." she told everyone.

"WHAT?!" we all said together.

"okay, that is worse." alfie said.

"yeah, tell me about it." she said.

"didn't he die, like 100 years ago or something?" amber asked.

"well, since i saw his ghost under the senet board when i was down there, he must have gotten trapped down there. so not 100, but pretty close." she said.

"let's hit the books, then." nina said.

"okay, fabian, amber, and patricia take the frobisher library.

"isn't the frobisher library like shut down or something now?" amber asked.

"when has that stooped us before?" nina asked her.

"right." she said.

"and eddie, kt, and i will stay here and search for clues." she told us.

"sounds like a plan." patricia said.

amber's pov:

i really am happy the gang is back together, i missed it while i was at fashion school. but, one thing i didn't miss was creeping around old abandoned buildings. here we go again.

"amber, you can look upstairs. patricia and i will take down here." he told me.

"what?! you want me to go up there alone?" i asked him.

"relax, there's no one else here." he said.

"we're here! if we're here, then someone else is here!" i exclaimed.

"amber, just go. the sooner we find something, the sooner we can leave." patricia said.

"okay." i agreed.

i made my way up the stairs and looked around to look for anything out of place or different than before.

i noticed that even though all the books were gone, the bookcases were still there. why?

i tried to see if i could move them, to see if they were attached to the wall.

but, they came off the wall easily.

behind them on the wall looked like a secret door or room.

"GUYS! I THINK I FOUND SOMETHING!" i told them.

as patricia and fabian made their way up the stairs, we heard the door creak open.

we all froze.

there was no where on the upper level to hide.

"what do we do?" patricia asked, frantic.

except what had i just found?

a room.

"get in." i told them.
