Two Years Later
Julian's POV
I am so happy! Riley and are now twenty and are getting our own place!
"Honey, what color should we paint our walls. Rose pink or lime green?" Riley asks me.
"Neither," I say with complete disgust, lime green for walls? No.
Peyton was coming to help us choose a color. We hadn't talked since the Soulmate Ceremony and that was two years ago. She was now a close friend of Riley's now.
"Look, Julian, I need to talk to you about Peyton," Riley says to me slowly, emphasizing her name.
"What about her?"
I freeze at her name.
"Every time she comes over you disappear. Whats going on with you?"
"Nothing I'm just never around. "
With that I walk out of the showroom floor. I run my hands through my hair and hear faint clicking of high heels and squealing. She's here.
"Julian get in here" I hear Riley shout I slowly walk out and see her and see her.
"Hello Julian" she breathes
Her blonde hair is wavy and laying just past her ribs. Her icy blue eyes send chills down my spine.
Riley takes her to the paint displays to pick out colours. I look a Peyton and try to stop my thought of what could of happened between us out of my head. I hear laughing and faint talking from the girls.
