Intro

"Mom, were are we going!?" I asked my mom in a frightened voice. She didn't answer me. We just

kept running.

The loud sirens hurt my ears. We past many old burning buildings.

I heard people crying and screaming in pain. I had no idea what was going on.

Right when we got out of town, my mom grabbed me and rushed me to a forest near by. The forest looked familiar. As we got deeper into the forest, I heard the voices of angry men. Or what I thought were men.

My mother started to cry.

"Mom?" I asked softly.

"Baby, do you remember this tree?" She pointed up at the branches of an old willow tree. "This is where I would read books to you." More tears rolled down her cheeks.

She moved some branches and a fake blankets of moss out of the way. Underneath were shutter doors.

The voices got louder.

She picked me up and held me one last time. "Good bye my sweet," she handed me her necklace and set me inside the crawl space.

"Always in my heart." She shut the doors.
