If you mentioned you like guys who wear beanies, he's gonna wear beanies more often. If you like tattoos or piercings (I know they're a bit extreme but I'm just using it as an example) he's gonna get them just for you! You get what I mean?
You may also notice he's starting to use cologne or wax on his hair, just to make himself look more attractive.
