A while back I didn't know what to draw so I looked up a list of 400 things to draw and picked 8 of them and one of them was "people with ugly wigs" and my first thought was Victorian era shit. Hence, we have this image. So um..ye.
Also if you look close enough you can see the outline a drawing of Mettaton I had done previously and I felt the need to point that out.
