Chapter 7 - Central Town

Miki's POV

Today is the day everyone get paid. Natsume and I both get 300 rabbits but sadly Mikan only gets 5 rabbits since she is a no star. Maybe I should share some with her. I see Mikan sulking about how left she gets but then turned excited when she heard about Central Town.

I've never been at Central Town so I wondered what it looks like. I went over to my seat to see Natsume with a little kid. I think I saw him in my ability class and in Class A when I walked passed, I helped out when he was bullied by his classmates.

"Onee-chan." he said as he lifted his hands towards me. I picked him up onto my lap and he snuggled onto me. Natsume and Ruka had wide eyes since the boy came over to me.

"You know him Miki?" Ruka asked back to his usual expression.

"Kind of. I helped him out a little when I walked passed his class and saw him getting picked on by his classmates." I explained then asked. "What's his name?"

"Youichi." The little boy named Youichi answered. I smiled at him and patted his head.

"Onee-chan." He pointed to me. "Onii-chan." He then pointed to Natsume. Well, I don't really mind being called that.

Mikan suddenly went onto her knees with flags behind her and Class Rep on his knees with her. What are they doing?

"Mikan, what are you doing?" I asked.

Mikan then asked Ruka to go to Central Town with her. I looked at him to see that he was reluctant on whether to go or not. She then noticed Youichi on my lap and came closer.

"Who is this kid? Is he yours? I never knew you had a child!!" She exclaimed. I facepalmed at her stupidity. How would I even have a child at this age? Plus, she's practically with me everyday so she would know if I get pregnant.

"Are you crazy?! He's not my child. His name is Youichi." I told her. She tried to get him to go over to him but Permy put her head above Mikan and told him to go over to her instead.

"Baka." He said and I nearly giggled at their reactions still trying to get him to go over to them. Then Natsume picked him up and brought him into his lap and said something into his ear which Youichi repeated.

Mikan kept going on about Natsume being a bad influence upon him. Youichi sent spirits chasing after Mikan and Permy. I couldn't hold it in anymore and I giggled a little. Ruka and Natsume apparently apparently heard me and looked at me. Ruka was blushing a little and Natsume continued to stare at me. What?

Natsume's POV

I heard Miki giggle at Polka-dots and Seaweed-head's reaction and running around. Her giggles sounded so sweet, gentle, and angelic. I haven't really seen or heard her laugh or giggle much in school besides when she's around Polka-dots, she would often just smile like a big sister.

I saw Ruka blushing a little while I just stare at her. She looked at us in a puzzled way before pointing at Youichi who been tugging on my sleeve for a while and pointing to a sign Polka-dots made about going to Central Town.

I decided to go since Youichi wanted to and Ruka followed so Polkas get to come too but she has to do something in return.

On the ride there, Miki was sitting next to the window and I say besides her since Yoichi wanted to be with both of us. I was looking (more like staring) at her as she looked out the window. She looked so beautiful with the sun radiating her through the window.

When we arrived, Miki was just looking around the place excited. I noticed that I slightly smiled seeing her while still holding Youichi in my arms.

"Onii-chan?"

"Hm........"

"Do you like Onee-chan??"

"Probably, but I'm not sure if I like her........yet."
