Sisters and Misters

Kendall's POV:

*RECAP:*

The nurse pushed the paper towards me and I picked it up. As I began to read it I realized this was a birth certificate. I continued to read until I finally saw:

Lila Schmidt

I gasped. Could it be? I didn't believe my eyes. I actually thought I was going to faint. I dropped the paper in shock.

*END OF RECAP*

My legs wobbled and I shook in confusion.

"WHAT WHAT!!!!!!!!!" Logan and Carlos screamed.

But I was so shocked I couldn't speak. The nurse starred at me.

"Um, Mr. Schmidt are you okay?" The nurse asked a little nervous.

I didn't bother to answer. I turned to Logan and Carlos and opened my mouth a bit.

"Lila Schmidt..." I mumbled.

"YOUR MARRYING HER?!?!?!?" Logan screamed.

"I called dibs!!!" Carlos pouted.

I rolled my eyes.

"N- n- no... She is my... Sister," I stammered.

Then Logan and Carlos started laughing.

"Dude your so funny! Now lemme see what it really says," Logan said snatching the paper out of my hand.

I studied Logan's reaction after he read the paper. His eyes in shock and his body shaking like mine.

"I'm in love with my best friends sister????" Logan screamed in curiosity.

Then Carlos peeked at it and stood there in shock as well. But I wasn't just going to stand here, thinking about what might have happened. Instead I rushed into the room she was in panicking.

"Where is she?!?!?" I shrieked looking around in the room.

"Um, sir... Lila is in room 605, this is room 603..." The doctor explained.

I blushed, and shut the door rushing down to the right room. I slammed the door open to see Lila lying on a bed in the hospital gown. I walked up to her and stroked her hair. I tear rolled down my cheek.

Lila's POV:

I tried to scream and move but I couldn't. It was like an elephant was lying on top of me and I wasn't able to move. I tried to open my eyes, but it was like my body resisted it. It was extremely annoying. But luckily I was able to hear. I heard Kendall weeping and mumbling. I listened a little closer being completely quiet inside.

"Lila Schmidt..." He mumbled.

Inside I wanted to scream but why was he saying that?!?! I heard a door open and I imagined me sitting in a kiddie chair listening to someone.

"I believe Ms. Schmidt is in a coma. She will probably be out of it in less than two days," a man said.

Wait... Did Kendall tell people we were engaged?!?!?! If he did... I would immediately wake up from this coma and slap him silly.

"I can't believe this... I lost my sister, found her, and now she is in the hospital, in a coma?!?!" Kendall panicked.

Wait... Did he say, sister? No, no, no... Tom Tom said I was an only child when I was born and my mother died... Or was he lying...?

Kendall's POV:

I stared at Lila in frustration. How could I let this happen? I sighed and walked out of the room, but before I did that I kissed her on the forehead. I glanced at her wondering what she was thinking, or if she was sleeping.

"Mr. Schmidt we have to try and wake her up from the coma. Could you please leave the room?" A nurse asked.

I nodded slightly and quietly left the room. Then I scrolled threw rooms peeking threw the window trying to find James room. Finally at the room 309 I found his room. I opened the door quietly looking at James. He seemed to be awake starring at the ceiling.

"Hey," I said fully opening the door.

He glanced at me and straightened his back.

"Oh hey, Kendall," James said bouncing in his bed.

"I see your excited," I said smirking.

He rolled his eyes, but continued grinning. He waved his hand telling me to come to him. I slowly walked towards him observing him to make sure it wasn't a prank.

"Well you see... The doctor told me... Lila is your sister!" He cheered.

I frowned.

"I knew that..." I said pouting.

"Well I have some more good news! I should get outta this jail in less than 8 days. All I need is some surgery and then... Just let the cast get used to it and then... BOOM!!! Freedom," James explained.

I laughed at his 'PLAN' and just left after we talked for a while.
