Chapter 9

7th period was finally over and me an zim were in the car on the way home.

"So I noticed you weren't paying a lot of attention in your classes"zim said breaking the silence
" It's hard to when you have a really hot guy helping the teacher"
"Oh is that right and what was his name"
"You know I don't remember Mr Fum or Tum I think oh no wait his name was Mr Zum. yea that was he's name."

"Oh your getting a detention for that"

"Yea yea just keep driving I'm hanging out with laney when we get home."

"Ok"

When we got home I was running in the house yup to my room when my dad caught me.
"Where's the fire Clara?"
"I got to go get ready me and laney are gonna hang out"
"Ok but first your doing your homework"
"I don't have any"
"Oh really hey zim can you come in here a second" zim paused the tv and walked in the room
"What up"
"Little ms Clara says she doesn't have any homework is that true"
I gave zim a please go along look hoping it would work.
"I didn't see any of the teachers pass homework out"
"Ok thanks zim ok go Clara"
Dad walked off
"Thank you so much I love you"
"I love you to but your doing your homework before dinner"
"Ok" I said running up stairs
I quickly got dressed texted laney saying I was ready then I went down stairs for something to eat.

I open the refrigerator and all the grapes where gone. me and zim are the only vegetarians in the house so I knew he knew where they were.
"ZIM where are the grapes"
"They are in here" he yelled from the living room
I grabbed my phone off the counter and went to the living room.

I sat down next to zim and watched tv an ate grapes until my phone started to ring. I forgot to take the ringer off so zims song "you wouldn't last a minute" started to play I was so embarrassed. I walked out the room to answer I could hear zim laughing in the room.

"Hey laney"
"Hey I'm on my way why is zim laughing so hard I can hear him loud and clear"
"Oh hold on" "zim shut up I'm on the phone" his laugh got quieter
"Ok sorry laney he was laughing at my ringtone"
"It's ok I'm turning on your road see you in a minute."
"K bye"
I walked back into the living room to see zim stretched out on the couch.
"Bye babe I'm leaving" kissed him
"Bye love you"
"BYE DAD BYE MOM IM LEAVING!!!!" I yelled up stairs
I ran outside all the way down the long drive way and jumped in laneys car.
"Hey girly" I said hugging her
"Hey you ready to go to the mall"
"Yea lets go"
We drove to the mall singing along to what ever came on the radio. when we got there I noticed a couple of kids from the concert that my dad told everyone I was his daughter
"Hey laney lets go in the side door I see some kids from the concert and I don't really want then to mess with us"
"Ok no problem now we are going shopping for your birthday present"
"Your really early it's in 4 days"
"I know but I have jeordie's credit card today"
"Ok let's go"
We walked all around the mall a few people were paying attention to me and laney maybe cause they knew who we are or cause we both had short dresses on. laney always wears them I just wore this one to mess with zim.

"Ok so what do you want for your birthday"
"I know how about a tongue ring"
"Ok I'm sure your dad won't get to mad lets go ill get mine to."
*2 hours later*
"I can't believe we did that its going to hurt when I eat tonight"
"Just eat slow ill see you this weekend bye" I hugged her and took off running down the drive way.

"Zim come here I got something to show you"I yelled cause I didn't know were he was
"What is it" he said from behind me making me jump
"God you scared me where were you"
"I was walking in from swimming to get some water" I hadn't notice he was in his swim suit
"Oh sorry but look" I stuck my tongue out to show him
"How did you get that?"
"Me and laney got matching ones at the mall"
"Oh wow well do you want to swim with me it would be nice to have some company your dad and mom left earlier"
"Um sure let me go change"
"Can I watch I mean come on your teasing me enough with that dress" he said looking me up and down.
"No you can't watch"
"Fine then let me taste that metal in your mouth"
He leaned down and kissed me sitting on my foot making me gasp. he took that as a chance and stuck his tongue in my mouth.i dropped my bags wrapped my arms around his neck deepening the kiss. he was the one to pull away.
"You know this is illegal now go change" he said walking back out the door
I grabbed my stuff and ran up stairs I got a text from dad saying "its Friday me and your mom are not going to be home tonight. you and zim have fun don't burn my house down love you"

I put my things away and changed then all of a sudden it hit me. me and zim alone together all night with mom and dad not being home till most likely late in the afternoon tomorrow. only thing that I could think of now was what is going to happen tonight...
