A/N; so this will be a special chapter, as you can see. I feel like Carla and Sai don't get much attention, plus, this happened when the team went on the mission, The Sand. AND PLUS MY FIRST DRAFT GOT DELTED AND IM SO ANGRY BUT IM STILL GONNA DO IT.
Carla's P.O.V
It was early in the morning, I was sitting outside, enjoying the bird's singing and the tree's swaying. I smile slightly and open my sketchbook, holding up my pencil. I begin to think, biting at the end of my pencil, with a questionable look.
'Hm, should I draw all of us, as in me, Jeymar, Kakashi and the other's? Or just Sai?'
I sigh and put my pencil down, closing up my book and standing up, walking to Sai's place, which I am staying at, for now at least. Walking in and closing the door, I put my book and pencil down, going to the kitchen to get a glass of water.
Grabbing a cup, and pouring some water. Not hearing the foot-step's going down the stairs, I sigh in relief, putting the glass in the sink. Turning around, I scream out bloody murder.
"Sai, mierda! You scared the soul out of me!" I yell, looking up at the pale painter. He look's at me confused and tilts his head.
"Mier-da?" He mumbled, giving me a questionable look. I laugh loudly, making him more confused. "Sai, Sai. It's a Spanish word for 'holy shit'. You wouldn't know because you are Japanese."
"So then, you know that word or Spanish in general, because you learned it in your world?" Nodding my head with a small smile, and then say, "Yes, and I also know English. So my main language is both English and Spanish, but somehow when I got here, I started to speak Japanese like I was born Japanese. Which is odd because I always struggled with it."
He nod's at me with a little smile, turning around to go and open the fridge, taking out milk. He grab's a cup, pouring some of the liquid in. It was very silent, until he started to speak.
"I wanna take you out. In the book I'm reading, it say's if a guy like's a girl, then he should take her out on a date." He drink's his cup of milk, putting the cup in the sink. I look at him with wide eye's, a visible blush on my cheek's.
"W-what? A date?" I mumble, looking at my hand's. He nod's, sitting on the kitchen table. "We can go to a little café, or do a little picnic." I think about it, using my pointer finger and tapping lightly on my chin. "I'll like to go to the café, if you will." I smile sweetly, a small blush coming on my face.
He smiles and poke's my cheek, getting up from his seat. "Well, let's go and change." With a small nod, I walk up the stairs with him, going into my "room", I take out a pair of short's and a black t-shirt, I grab my bag with my thing's. Going down the stairs, I grab my book and pencil, putting it in my bag as well.
Sai come's down, he has black jeans and a normal black shirt, making me blush lightly, 'He look's good in black..'
He smile's at me and we walk to the door, putting on our shoe's. He grab's my hand, opening the the door with the other, closing it right after. As we begin to walk, we started a conversation, about anything really.
We are laughing and smiling when we see the café up ahead.
Going inside, the both of us go to the counter, standing in line. "What would you like?" Sai say's, looking at him, I turn my head to look at what they had.
"A tea and a muffin." Slightly smiling, he nod's, walking up to the counter and taking our order. I look around and take a seat, near the window, giving me a beautiful view. Families were walking around the village, giving it a very clam look to me.
Sai come's back, sitting across from me. "Our food will be here soon, so let's have a chat. Tell me about your 'world'." Looking at him, I sigh in my mind, "Well, my life over there was really boring and shitty. School was my second hell, and the teacher's clearly liked the other classmate's then me, Jeymar, Angelica, Jenny and Adri."
"Wait, who is Jenny and Adri?"
Smiling, I reply, "Jennifer, she was a new student back in 8th grade, and somehow we got really close. She is very funny and sweet. Adri is my long time best friend, she is there for me when I need her, she is very kind and has a big heart." I laugh lightly, remembering the times we all had.
"I had a brother." He said, I look at him, my face is surprised.
"What happened? Did he move or..?"
"No, he.. We used to live in a place, for strong shinobi. And I met my 'brother' there." Letting out a small, 'Ah, I see', I say, "So, he isn't your brother but it felt like he was?"
"Yes."
"That's how I am with Adri, she feel's like my sister." Just in time, a man comes with my tea, Sai got the same, but only the tea. Taking a piece of the muffin, I pop it in my mouth, 'I-it tastes, amazing! The best I ever had..!'
"Sai, mind if we take a picture?" He give's me a small nod, I grin and take out my Ipad, going to the camera and turning around slightly, showing me and Sai.
"Alright, 1, 2, 3." The camera click's and I look at the photo, smiling I put my Ipad back. I look around the café and notice that some villager's were looking at me confused, 'It's probably cause of the Ipad, hm.'
I sip on my tea, feeling the warm/hot liquid go down my throat, (that sound's so wronG IM SO SORRY) I give a small sigh, relaxing a bit. "Enjoying the tea, Vera?" Sai chuckles, I look up at him, a small blush appearing.
"Yes, yes, I am. I haven't had tea in some time."
"Good thing I got it for you then." Sai gives me a smile, one you barely notice. He grab's my hand, that has been on the table, giving it a light squeeze.
"Thank you for taking me out today, Sai. I'm having fun." Finishing up our tea's, and throwing the muffin wrapper out, Sai pay's for the small 'lunch', taking my hand and walking out the place.
"Thank's again Sai. I'll pay you when I get a job or something." I giggle, smiling. He grab's my wrist and turn's to me, leaning in slightly.
"I don't mind. You don't have to pay me back, it was my idea to take you out and I'm a guy, so of course I'll pay." He grab's my chin, making me look up at him. 'Who knew someone will be taller then me..'
Cupping my cheek's, Sai slowly lean's in, making me tense up and stop breathing. 'Oh lord, first anime kiss, bless Angelica for showing me this show..' I feel soft, cold lip's on mine, making my face heat up. My heart feel's like it's gonna burst and I just stand there, letting it happen.
Pulling away, Sai open's his eyes's and smile's at me again, making my heart jump.
"Thank you for letting me take you out on a date, and thank you for being my first kiss and date, Carla-Chan~"
