I wake up to Breezy next to me. His eyes already piercing through me.
"Ne-gro. If you don't get the fuck out of my face."
I know people say that you really love someone if you watch your love sleep, but shit... I sleep ugly.
I fart, toss and turn, shit I'm a horrible sleeper. I'm not gon even pretend that I sleep perfect, like I wake up and my shit be on point. No. 😐
Catch me after I'm fully awake, got dressed, washed my face, teeth brushed. ✌
I get up, walk to the bathroom, and do my hygiene. Looking at my hair, I mentally say fuck it. I just comb through my curls, then put on a little makeup.
"Mercedes? Ready to fuck the city up today?"
Christopher smiles, mischievously as he opens the door.
"Yeah, nigga. Just get the fuck out. I'm in here."

Once Breezy finally got ready, I breathed out. He would be done as soon as I get all up in my cartoons... Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I would've watched Adventure Time or Teen Titans Go, but imma do that when I get back.
"Imma be in the car, ma. Hurry yo sexy ass up."
He smirked, walking out the door, keys jiggling in his hand.
"Alright, just let me bring a snack."
He closes the door as I rush to the kitchen. I know I have to bring some snacks for Christopher or else he gon eat up all my shit. And that ain't happening. I stand on my tippy toes, trying to reach. I see a hand reach up and grab the chips from behind me.
Breezy?
I turn around, only to be hit upside the head with a hard object. Groaning, I fail to get a glimpse at the person. I try to yell out to Christopher, but my eyes are getting weary. They want to close permanently. Only a faint whisper escapes my mouth...
"Christopher. "
