Chapter 13: Our first date

Katelyn's POV:
We arrived at the park, but i keep seeing Travis acting Nervous. Is he nervous around me? We've been dating for 3 months and now he's nervous around me. When we walked inside the park, we settled down under a tree and talk. "Travis?" "Y-yes?" "Why are you acting like this?" "B-because...*Sighs* because Dante told me about stuff on first dates, that it didn't end well and i just don't want us to end. So yeah....." "Travis.....some people's first date didn't end well because they're jerks!" "Ohh really?" "Yeah! I mean you almost mess this date up from acting weird." "Ohhh....i'm sorry Katelyn from almost messing this up." "Its ok, but do you know what it means when you mess this date." "What?" "That you are a jerk!" "Hey!" "*Laughs* hehehe, but you're my jerk." And i rest my head on Travis' shoulder. I looked at him and he smiled 😊. Then i just remembered something! "Travis! *I got my head off from his shoulder and stand up*" "What?" "I need to show you something, but you have to keep it a secret. Ok?" "Ok." I took his hand and lead him to where i want to show him. He'll love it.

Travis' POV:
Katelyn just took my hand, ran and drag me where she wants me to see. She was fast so i kinda can't keep up the speed, but in a couple of minutes i got a hang of it. She took me in a bush wall and i was confused. "So this is where you want to take me to see Katelyn?" "Shhh... Wait *She pushes the bushes apart making a hole* Come on." She drag me in the hole she made and pulled the 2 bushes together to cover the hole. What i saw inside was AMAZING! Its a secret garden. It has beautiful flowers, a small pond and a maple tree. It also have some animals such as butterflies, squirrels and birds. It was like a fairy tale. "Do you like it?" Said Katelyn. "No i don't like it." Then Katelyn look sad 😔. Then..."I LOVE IT!" Then i lifted Katelyn up and spin her around. "Hehehehe TRAVIS PUT ME DOWN!" "NOPE!" Soon or later i put her down by the pond and i got tired. We both look down the pond and seeing our reflection. I had smirk on me and Katelyn looked at me and said "What's with the face?" "Oh i just love seeing your reflection its so beautiful." Than she playfully punch my arm, which it actually HURTS! "OWW!" "Whoops 😆!" Katelyn can be hurtful somethimes, but i still love her. After a while, we settle down under the maple tree and it was comfy. I rest my head on Katelyn's shoulder and she keep messing with my hair. "There!" Now you look pretty." "What? *Feels his hair* Oh My Irene! What did you do." "Well i just made a little nest hehehehe" "WHAT?!?!" Than i feel something on my hair. Then Katelyn looked at my hair and kept on laughing. "What you laughing at?" "Hahahaha there's a Blue jay at your head hahahaha" Than i looked up and seeing a Blue Jay at my head. I shew it away and now my head is a mess. Katelyn keep laughing and laughing, damn her laugh is cute. "Hey what's this?" I said while pointing at a piece of envelope on the ground. "Oh, that's my invitation!" "Invitation? Invitation to what?" "Well...*She picks it up* its an invitation to my brother's wedding." "Oh that's great! Congratulations to your brother. You must be really proud of him." "I guess, i mean i am proud, but i just wish he just told me in person or at least a text!" "So who gave you this and told you about this wedding?" "My other brother, Kendall." "Well Katelyn, just at least be happy to your brother, than you can punch him when you get a chance to meet him. He's your brother. Hu must be busy with the weddinf plans, so at least be happy for him." I smiled at her and she look at me and smiled back. "Thanks Travis, you're the best." I then hug Katelyn and kiss her fore head.

Time skip to 9:00 PM.

Its getting late. "Katelyn, we should go." "*Yawn* Yeah we should." "Awww, is my baby sleepy?" "NOO!" "Hehehe yeah right.....lets go." We walked out from the secret garden and the park. It was pretty dark, but magical at the same time. We walked up to Katelyn's door steps and said our good-byes. "Wait Katelyn!" "Yes." Said Katelyn as she opens the door. Then i walk up to her and kiss her. When we parted i said "I will always love you Katelyn." "And as do i to you Travis." Then she went inside and i walked home. I went my room, flopped on my bed and can't stop thinking about Katelyn. Then i dozed of "ZzzzzzZzzzzZ"
