Dancing through life.

The day

(Continued)
Today was Friday and that meant that the dance competition was tomorrow.

Like every morning since this Monday. I get up shower get dressed do my hair eat breakfast and of course text my boyfriend who lives right across the street from me. Once I'm done with every thing in the morning I call Jade and she runs upstairs and we walk out the door. As soon as we walk out the door Chad walks out his door and comes and walks with us.
When we get to the school he comes with me to drop off Jade and then he walks me to my locker.
And like every day when we get to my locker he gives me a kiss and goes to his locker.

We have half of our classes together. Which is great.

(Skip through day nothing good happens)
After school I go to dance practice and we work harder than we ever did. We are ready for the tournament tomorrow my team shouted. Once practice was over I got home ate supper went to my room and did home work. Oh and texted Chad of course.
I asked him what he was doing tomorrow he said nothing.
I asked him if he would like to come to my dance tournament. He said he would love too.

Then I said that means you will have to meet my parents.

My parents know that I'm dating someone they really want to meet him but we never had time to. This would be the perfect time I said to him. He said that he would love to meet my parents because if they are as nice as me I will get along with them good!
I just laughed.

(The next morning)
I wake up first thing I do every morning is text Chad.
I say good morning
He says good morning

I get into the shower and get my warm up clothes on. I told Chad to be at the school at 11:00.
I get to the school and there is the bus waiting for us. I get on the bus and sit next to Gianna. When we get to the competition we head to our room. As soon as we get there we start hair and make up. (Which is the least fun when Gianna is going your hair). After that if we have time we can go buy flowers or tee shirts or food. But if we don't have time that's because we have mark time. That is when you get the gym for 5 minutes and you do your dance and fix any formations you need to. After every one has had there turn in mark time the competition starts.
Today we weren't first so we got to mess around for a while.

It was 11:05 and I got a text from Chad saying that he was here siting next to my parents.
I got really nervous. He said that they loved him which was so much relief.

After a while I went out to see Chad and my parents and of course Jade.

Then I have to go get my uniform on!
It was our turn we were ready to blow this competition out of the water.

We went out there and did our routine. It was great no flaws. One of my favorite this is hearing the fans go crazy when you dance it's the best.

After everyone has gone and done there routine it awards time.

Once the judges finish the results we all line up in lines with our teams and hope that our name gets called.
When they said 3rd and 2nd our names weren't called.

I always get nervous by that time. We cross our figures and hold each other's hands and when they call 1st place.

They call our team name. We all scream as loud as we can and hug each other. It's ways a great time.

After awards we take a picture with our team. After that I found my parents, sister and Chad and I go up to my parent and hug them they were so proud.

They always tap my dances because they know I will want to watch them sometime again. I hug Jades because she loves dance and I'm her sister I have to love her then I get to my favorite Chad! I hug him and with out my parents seeing he whispers in my ear your did great out there.... And you looked great too. I smiled. I didn't realize I was still hugging him till he kissed me on the cheek on the other side so my parent wouldn't see.

Jessica's mind- today was the perfect day. I got my family here we won our first competition and I had my favorite boy there. I couldn't of been more happier.

When we got home Chad asked me if I wanted to go see a movie with him to celebrate the win. I said yes of course.

I asked my parents and they said sure. I asked chad if he would wait down here while I took my make up off and fixed my hair he said sure thing.
When I was finished I walked down the stairs and Chad stood up as soon as he saw me ready to go I said yes.
