Peace

Is there no way,

For us to have peace?

Will we live in tranquility?

Answer me, please

Will the birds sing of tunes?

Nature's call for silence

Will humans thrive

In this land with no guidance?

If we'd only stop and listen

to the melodies of peace

No more battles with each other

And not one will decease

My voice may not matter,

My voice may be small

But my message is loud,

Now please listen, you all

I wish for peace,

For it to restore

But for it to return,

I wish the world no more
