Chapter 12: Why Me?!

Hey guys, the video up top is a band I found out about a few days ago called 'Doll Skin'. They are pretty freaking awesome & you should go check them out!!
Rena's POV.
We got a call from our manager.
[R=Rena CM=Cherri Bomb's manager M=Miranda J=Julia N=Nia]
*phone convo*
R: hey!!
CM: hey Rena, rest of the band w/ you?
M/J/N: Yep!
CM: we found a band!!
R/M/J/N: WHO??!!!?!!?!?!?!
CM: Black Veil Brides!
R/M/J/N: ...
CM: girls?
M: Can we call you back?
CM: yes.
"If you don't want them to come on tour w/ us than we'll make sure they dont." Julia said while patting my shoulder.
"It's fine, I have Denis. If they'll get us the money we need to put on a good for the bomb squad. I don't care." I said.
''Not like we're going to see his band a lot." Miranda stated we all shook our heads in agreement.
Nia called them back & said it was alright. I think Andy accepted the offer because 1: he wants to try & date me again or 2: try and hurt me. I have to focus on the fans not Andy.
I decided to call Denis & tell hi what's up.
*phone call*
D: Hello bunny rabbit.
R: Hey fat penguin
D: How ya goin'? (A/N IF YOU GET THAT REFERENCE I WILL LOVE YOU FOREVER!!)
R: *giggles* I'm goin' well, fucking mad.
D: Babe I'll be right over.
Denis raced over back to our house from the recording studio.
We sat down on the couch. He put his arm around me holding me firmly but comfortably.
"What's wrong baby girl?" Denis asked fiddling w/ one of my dreadlocks.
"You're coming on tour w/ me, for sure?" I asked than looked up at him.
''Of corse, why?" Denis asked.
''Because Andy's band is touring w/ my band..." I said trailing off.
''Don't worry baby, I'll protect you from that monster." Denis said.
   I kissed Denis. I felt more safe w/ Denis. Andy made me constantly have anxiety attacks, never knowing when he was going to explode. But Denis is kind, sweet and understanding & reasonably talks things out when he doesn't agree w/ something.
  What you should've gotten out of that paragraph is that I hate Andy & love Denis.
