Chapter 2- Some unkowns told

Aria's POV.

I walked down the hallway to find Niall, Lou, and Harry looking into our room. Trying to look over their shoulder's, I saw that Dakota had closed the door. The scratching of a pencil or a pen being dragged across a surface was the only sound heard. Besides the boys talking quietly, of course.

"What is she doing?" Louis asked quietly.

"Writing." I answered him. The boys jumped around, to get into a fighting position. I rolled my eyes and pulled them into their room. They sighed as they followed me in. Harry closed the door behind him and sat down on his bunk, with Niall doing the same, and Louis still standing.

"Writing? Who does that anymore?" Harry asked.

"She does." Niall stated.

"But why?" Lou asked.

"It's a dairy, it something that she writes in sometimes. It's how she feels, how she was, her past, and her present." I explained. The boys gave me a look, and I looked at my shoes.

"I might have looked at her first page of the diary. Great analogies she has in that one. I would have never thought that she actually felt that way."

"Like what?" Harry asked, trying to seem casual. Louis sat down and nodded in approval. As if I needed approval to answer a question pssh..

"Like Hadrian's wall, like an abandoned toy, like a bird that's in a cage." I said, quoting directly from her diary. I felt so bad when I first read it, because it was her past, and her property. Yet I couldn't stop reading it, so I only went to the fourth entry because Skye was coming up to check on me.

"What else do you know?" Niall asked, not hiding his interests at all.

"That she's likes Lord of The Rings. She likes a lot of sad and depressing songs. She feels like she's a broken girl. She misses her home, but she doesn't say where that is. She misses a guy named Seth. As well as the cities that are Boston, D.C, Detroit, Chicago, and some other place that she only refers to as home." I spilled. That was all that I got in the first four entries. There was a lot more written, and more detail, but I'm not going to tell them that.

"Come on, we should get down." I told them. The boys nodded, and Harry opened the door. We started to go out, before Louis pulled me back into the room. He shut the door again and paced for a second.

"Why?" He asked, stopping his pacing.

"Why what?"

"Why does she not tell you? Why does she keep this too herself?"

"How am I supposed to know? I didn't continue to read after entry 4." He sighed and ran a hand through his head. He looked at me and I saw something in his eyes. Something... Mischievous...

"Let's steal it, tonight, and return it." He suggested. I know I should have said no, I know that I should have said that it wasn't right. But, I nodded... I wanted to know more about her... More about the life she was keeping from us.

"Alright, let's go have dinner." he stated. I looked down at my watch and saw that it was about a quarter to seven. Louis opened the door and we walked out. Then he knocked onto our room and waited for Dakota to show her face.

"What?" She asked, pretty blunt. She gave him a glare as he smiled at her. Wait 'smiled at her'? He never does that! They always glare at each other... LOUIS WILLIAM TOMLINSON WHAT ARE YOU NOT TELLING ME? I have got to tell this to Skye... This isn't normal, I tell you, not normal
