It was already dark when I decided to escape again. I made sure my door was locked, put up a pillow on my bed and covered it with my blanket. That's what you call disguise. My room was on the second floor so I opened the window and climbed the tree near my room, and then I closed the window. Sneaking, successful again. I jumped from the tree and ran as fast as I can. Where? to that place of course. The place where I feel peaceful the most.

It was dark and there were no lights in the woods so you only have to rely on the moon but I am used to this. The path was dusty, the trees were everywhere, the night was so silent, the moon shone bright. It was another perfect night. I walked for like Thirty minutes and then I reached "that place". It was a typical abandoned house. It was so old and ruined and it's like Fifty years old or something, and it's made entirely of wood. Worse than that, it looks creepy at night. Beside it was an old Thorn tree that has a swing hung on it. I always sit there when I go to this place. I went near the swing but for some reason, someone's already sitting on it. Strange, how did he find this place? I went to him and found him sound asleep. Then shook him . "Hey, wake up!" I said softly. But for some reason, he's not the type to wake up easily. "Wake up, man! Hey!" Shaking him again, but he still won't wake up. Much to my rage, I pushed him out of the swing; and well, he fell.

"Ow! What the bloody he-!?"

"So, I guess that's one hell of a way to wake you up, eh pretty guy?" I said cutting of his sentence while I took his seat on the swing.

"What the heck d'ya do that for?" He asked. "Well, you wouldn't wake up when I gently tapped you. I had to push you so that you could wake up.. Why're you here anyway? This is my territory!"

The guy didn't reply. I couldn't see his face completely in the dark, but I could sense he was annoyed by that question. But hey, curiosity strikes. What else would he be doing at a time like this and most especially, in a place like this?

"Well?" I impatiently asked. "Well..." My right eyebrow rose in curiosity "I kind of have something that is none of your business..." Was his rude reply. But hey, I was rude too. "Well then pretty guy, I don't give a bloody damn about your 'something' but invading my territory is another story, not unless you give me a good reason as to why you're here..." I could feel his cold gaze on me. But I returned the gaze until such time, he decided to state his reason. "Fine. If I tell you the reason, will you let me stay here? just for one night?" He asked; "Fine, If I find the reason valid..." "Fine..." "So? What's your reason?" There was this short silence that occurred. He was probably hesitant, after all, I'm just a mere stranger. "I... I actually ran away..." He said while turning his head away. "You what?" I yelled in mere shock. "Why're you surprised?" He asked. "Well, I never thought you ran away from home, I actually thought you were a serial killer or a wanted thief who needed a good place to hide. That's why I approached you suspiciously." I explained.

"huh, Idiot. Why would I be a serial killer or a wanted thief?" he said in return while covering his face...

"I don't know...But why'd you run away pretty guy?"

"Something personal..."

"Not happy at home?"

"It's not that I'm not; They're not..." He said. Although I couldn't see his face completely, I could sense he's beeing teary. I could tell from his voice. It was shaking. I felt bad; I never thought he went through something, Well, so much for the Killer and thief thing.

"You teary?"

"Of course not..."

"It's alright pretty guy, you can cry if you want"

"I told ya I'm not teary"

"You can't hide your tears forever, little guy." He didn't give me any response. But this time, he turned his back and hugged his knees. He wouldn't admit it, but I could tell, He's sobbing

"You know what? This place is really soothing. The silence is calming, the air is relaxing, the view is wonderful. This has always been the place that I've been running to everytime I'm sad. And I wouldn;t be surprised if you come here more often. This place takes away the creeps you know, even though the house looks like a complete mess..." I said in a humoristic way to cheer up the sad guy. "Whatever burden you have, It'll always pass, so it's alright little guy, you can stay..."

"Thank you, you made my day... and stop calling me pretty guy. I ain't pretty." He replied. This time, I could feel him smile while wiping his eyes.

"Yeah, sure. And don't correct me If I prefer to call you by that, I could tell you're pretty" I said while laughing.

"Can I come back here?"

"Yeah... Anytime you want."

"Will you be here during the day?"

"Nah, I got errands to do during the day."

"Oh..."

"But don't sound disappointed pretty guy, I'll be there whenever you need me."

"Promise?"

 "I PROMISE..."
