Breaking the Distance

      It wa a normal school day and today I decided to tell my parents about how I feel with having to see my bestfreind over a screen.When I got home my parents get home about 30 minutes after j get home from school so that's good and it lines up with me softball schedule.Every since I was a little girl seeing my moms softball photos made me want to be like her.She was a pitcher for the lady noles softball team and her bestfreind was the catcher.Her name was Olivia.She can't remember the last name but she is very pretty from what I've seen.Im really happy that I have mustered up the courage to tell them I mean it's a long flight to et from here to Canada.I know I will have to work for it but it will all be worth it I'm very excited but nervous.When they got home they were in the living room watching  "Christly knows best"we love that show I walked over to the couch and got On the middle cushion.After we watched some of the show I paused it and told my parents I had to tell them somthing they knew about Juliana but I don't think they actually knew how bad I wanted to meet her.When I told them they weren't mad or sad or upset but they knew it would be a lot of money and said I had to work for it but that they would also help me that's why I loved them so much they were always understanding.
