Breaking the Distance

Today was supposed to be the day.The day I was supposed to meet Renesmae.All things don't plan our right?I woke up late at around 3:00.I guess I was just so upset.I have a big softball tournament tommorow so maybe it will take my mind off of things.My mom gets home in 2 hours so I got up and took a long shower and brushed my hair and teeth and let my hair air dry.I went downstairs and got my stuff together because I was going to go to Starbucks and get somthing to eat when I got ready.I went upstairs and put on a white tank top some Jean shorts and my burkinstocks with some mascara and a messy bun.I got off of my phone and went to my car and drive to Starbucks.I walked in and I could've sworn I saw someone familiar but i couldn't tell who it was.I want to back home and my mom was there she had some groceries and I helped her put them up.My mom told me my dad would be working late tonight because he got wrapped up in something.My mom started cooking pasta and I helped her.While we were eating I was telling her about softball and thing s like that she told me a little bit about her work and asked me what I wanted to do for my new room.I told her the theme for it was white and gold she told me that next week that we would go and get somethings for it and the paint.I told her that I was excited.We washed up the dishes,and we baked cookies and did those dishes and I was really tired so I left my dad a note saying that I loved him and goodnight.I went up stairs and did my night routine and I put on a over sized pajama button up with some spandex and nike socks because my feet always get cold I watched Netflix for and hour.When I started to close my eyes I heard my father walk in and kiss my fore head and say thank you for the note sweetie.I was such a daddy's girl.I went to bed and set my Alarms and my uniform.
