(Yuki's P.O.V.)

I groaned as my eyes fluttered open to clear my vision. "Where... am I?" I managed to choke out. "Oh good, you're awake. You're in the school's infirmary," a voice belonging to a male replied immediately. I turned towards the direction the voice came from. Topaz eyes were looking right into my... Wait... My glasses... 'I'm not wearing my glasses!' I panicked and averted my gaze away from the boy. He certainly was shocked. "Y-Yuki... What happened... to your eyes?!" He exclaimed.

I ignored his question and asked him a question.

"Hikaru? Or is it Kaoru?" I asked.

"Hikaru. Anyway, seriously though, what happened to your eyes?" He asked worriedly.

"Don't be so worried. This was why I didn't want either you or Kaoru to take off my glasses yesterday. Because I knew that you guys would react like this. Actually, it was already this way when I was born. People keep staring at me like as if I was some alien when they look at my eyes. This is what they call 'heterochromatic eyes'. Our former captain of the Generation of Miracles has them too," I explained.

"Heterochromatic eyes, huh...?" Hikaru trailed off.

"Yeah," I replied.

His eyes then turned serious.

"Yuki. Why were you at the tree before school started? And why was your right hand injured?" He asked with a serious voice.

I froze. It felt like as if my mind went blank. I got out of the bed and headed for the door, ignoring Hikaru. "It's none of your business," I mumbled loud enough for Hikaru to hear. Before I could open the door, Hikaru walked towards me from his seat in only a few steps. "Yuki," he said, more seriously if that was possible. I kept on ignoring him. Then, I opened the door and sprinted out of the infirmary, causing Hikaru to chase after me. "Yuki!" He called out.

'They should still be there, right? Classes should still be going on...' Questions raced in my head as I sprinted towards the classroom while putting on my glasses. I wouldn't want anyone else to see my eyes. Although I just woke up, I still could run pretty fast. I guess those training sessions during basketball practice was worth it. "Yuki!" Hikaru's voice was closer now. I could see the door to our classroom getting nearer. Within seconds, I forcefully slid open the door, panting as I looked around. Our teacher stared at me with a shocked face as Hikaru came into the classroom after I did. I then headed to my seat without glancing at the teachers as the students in the class looked at us in surprise.

Since I didn't about the recent event, for once, I paid attention to the teacher in front and wrote down some notes on my notebook. I was still able to write, but due to the pain on my hand, my handwriting looked really different than usual.

*Timeskip To The End Of School*

I groaned as I packed up my things to go home. Before I left the classroom, I asked Kaoru to tell Tamaki-senpai that I would not be coming to the music room as I had to go to the hospital for a checkup and I told him to tell them that were could meet up in front of the school gate at 9 in the morning tomorrow so that we could all go to Akashi-kun's house together. I then walked out of the classroom and headed back home to pack my bag for the weekend.

On my way home, I kept thinking about what had happened when I was with Hikaru in the infirmary this morning. I shouldn't have ran away from him like that. But I also didn't want him to know what had happened back then. Also, it was his fault for bringing up the topic all of a sudden. I pondered on my thoughts until I arrive at the doorstep of my house. I went into my room straightaway and packed my bag after I had unlocked the door. Then I took a long shower before I plopped onto the sofa in the living room as I dried my hair with a towel as I switched on the television.
