I watched silently as my trustworthy servants dressed me ,as if I couldn't dress myself. They guided me into a solid black ballroom style dress that a sweetheart neckline. I adored the dress and thought it would be a beautiful dress for my private crowning. Tonight I would officially be the Queen of all Vampires. I slipped my feet into the heels one servant gave me. Another women pulled a small chair behind me. I slowly sat down slowly and gracefully then started silently daydreaming as she brushed my hair into three separate parts some over both my shoulders and the rest deceasing down my back.

When she finished I watched as she lightly put make-up on my face. As the pieces slowly found its way together I arose and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked like my mother. I sighed to myself and acknowledge the servants that bowed in respect.

"Princess your father is waiting for you." I heard one of the guards call through the door.

I turned and made my way to the door. Outside there stood five guards waiting to escort me to my father's throne room. As we made our way to the throne room something felt strange, something was off. When we reached the room the guards closed the door behind us and I walked over to my father's throne and bowed respectfully.

"Arise my child." He commanded.

I did as I was told. I looked around and noticed none of the elders were in the room or even entered the room with us. I looked back to my father.

"You may speak." He mumbled.

"Are the elders not coming?" I questioned.

He smirked, "Such an observant child."

His smirk soon fell when we heard screaming in the distance. I looked towards the door. The Guards stood tall facing the door for the intruder.

"Callidora." My father called.

I looked over at him. He reached out his hand.

"Come my child."

I made my way over to him. He gently gripped my face and looked me in my eyes.

"So much of your mother."

"Father what is going on?"

There was a huge bang at the door. I jumped.

"James." My father called.

I turned and watched as his adviser ran over to us and covered me inside a black cloak. My father stroked my face gently.

"Father what is going on?" I was scared and he knew it.

"Control yourself Callidora and listen to me."

He gently laid his forehead against mine and gave me instructions on what to do. That was his gift he was able to read minds and talk to you through it only if you allowed him. I nodded as he pushed something into my hands. His last instructions were to trust no one with the item he had given me. When he finished he kissed my forehead and James pulled me over to a wall.

He ran his hand down the wall and it revealed a dark tunnel. I hesitated as he handed me a lamp. He also pulled the cloak over my head and instructed me to go. Just as I ran inside the Wall closed and the door busted down. I jumped and founded myself peeping through the crack in the wall.

There was a huge figure standing behind the guards. He was turned away from me so i could  not clearly see his face.

"I see you've finally come for me." My father spoke.

"No not for you this time old man. Instead you're sweet old Callidora." An unfamiliar male's voice spoke.

His voice was crispy and had every hair on my body spelling out danger. I watched as the figure took out all the guards in one swift movement. The aroma of blood echoed throughout the room. More and more guards filled the room and as they came more blood was shred. I took a step away from the wall feeling my body trembling in fear.
