"Apollo Justice is fine! Try it, Clay!"

"Clay Terran is fine! Ha ha ha!"

"I'm fine! I'm fine! I'm fine!"

You were just finished crying when you heard someone shouting. You were outside the school courtyard trying to let out the emotions that were once again surfacing in your chest. It was your parent's death anniversary and you miss them very, dearly, much. They were your only family... only. And you were sent to boarding school by the police.

As you walk to go back to your room, you knew that you'd be near the boys who were shouting earlier, you plan on introducing yourself to them, anyway.

As you reached them you greeted, "Hey." "A-aaaah!" The two boys screamed. "Is that how you greet your classmate?" you said, calmly. You are a laid back person, even as a kid. "S-sorry, we got shocked you know? Never expected another one out of their room... So, why are you out here?" A kid with horns... asked. "I was... letting out emotions... you could say." you trailed.

"You too? Hey, seat with us." A kid with a jet black hair told you, as he pat the space to the bench they're seating. "So... Why were you shouting I'm fines here, outside?" you asked them. "It was our way to feel fine, y'know? You told us... you were letting out emotions... Are you still sad? Why don't you try it? Trust us, it works!" horn kid says, and added, "My name's Apollo Justice, and this is Clay Terran. Shout, 'I'm fine!'" He grinned.

"Okay..." you cleared your throat, and shouted, "Y/N L/N is fine!"

"What's your ambition, Y/N?" Apollo asked you. You stood there, thinking as it was a long list. "Apollo, why ask me? You know how ambitious I am!" you beamed. "Ha ha ha, just kidding. I would like to be... hmm... either a forensic scientist or a journalist." you added. "How about you, Apollo? Hey, Clay!" you asked then greeted Clay as he reached you too on your table. It was recess time.

"I want to be a lawyer!" Apollo exclaimed. "Oh, ambition talk, huh? I want to be an astronaut!" Clay grinned. Everyone's happy as they were talking about their dreams. "You know how we are the legendary trio of this school? We are the famous best friends ever! We should support each other until we reach our dreams!" Y/N cheered. "Yes!" the trio shouted while laughing.

"Apollo, Clay! Come shopping with me pleeeease." you plead through the phone. Tomorrow was the first day of school and you haven't bought your school supplies yet. "Even here, I could feel your eyes, Y/N. How could I resist that- no. How could Apollo resist that? Look, Apollo's grinning like a fool, Y/N. Ha ha ha!" Clay laughed. "Apollo, pleeeease, pleeeeeease Apoolloooo! Ha ha ha!" you plead more, teasing Apollo. "Grr- fine fine fine! See you guys tomorrow." He groaned.

Graduation day... the day of accomplishment, happiness, sadness, and love. That day, when someone's going to confess... with a help of a best friend.

"Finally finished high school!" Clay cheered, while Apollo trailed shyly behind Clay's back as they reach you. Apollo's never that shy before, you thought. "Oh, let's celebrate later. Apollo, go for it! I support you so much! Ha ha ha!" "Go for what?" you asked.

"U-uh... Y-Y/N. You know how we've been friends for years... a-and I d-don't want to break that friendship... b-but I... I think I like you... like, like like... like a crush... N-no... I-I think I love you..." Apollo trailed bashfully.

"Apollo... I love you too." You grinned, grinned so hard it hurts, but it disappeared quickly, "B-but don't you have to go to law school? A-and I'm going to pursue my dreams too..." "Yeah..." Apollo trailed.
