Chapter 12

Niall P.O.V

I wake up and see a note on the table from Chelsea, I read it and run through the door to the big double doors to leave the school. I catch up with her

"Chelsea? Please"

"Niall I can't" she says turning away from me

"Chels if any o us are leaving it should be me" I say

"No Niall... I want to leave, t should be me, I can't handle this school anymore it's ruined my life" she says almost out the big doors, she groans

"NO. I mean between me and my family, me and my other friends"

"Chels just because you leave doesn't mean all the problems will be sorted. This place is my future and if you don't stay for me me then fine. stay for Mel she needs you right now, she has just lost the baby Chels, she needs all the friends she can get. she needs her sister, wifey. please stay. Chels I love you I truly do, and the reason I said I love Mel more is..." I take a deep breath. Do I really want to say? I have to, but that would never make what happened right, I hate everything that happened, Even if Chels leaves, I'll have to leave anyway, things will never be the same. She sighs

"Is.." she obviously doesn't want to hear about this she knows about Mel

"She's soon to be my step-sister" I say and she tilts her head back

"Chels, please don't leave" i say. She puts her bags down and slides down the wall, I sit next to her

"Talk to me Chels, I still want to be there for you"

"I don't know what to do with my life anymore" she stutters

"Stay here, stay with your friends"

"There's another reason why I wanted to leave" she say quietly

"What is it?" I ask

"My grandad... Hes been..."

"I'm sorry Chels, I didn't know, is he okay now?"

"I don't know, apparently he was cured with cancer, I just want to curl up and die" she says bursting into tears, I hug her tightly

"That's good new Chels. you should stay here with your friends, they can be here for you and plus Mel needs toy have a heart to heart with you" she thinks

"I will stay... but I can't be your girlfriend"

"I understand Chels, but can we at least be friends?"

"Yeah we'll see what happens from there"

"Thanks, Chels I really think you should talk to Mel"

"I will, but I need to talk with other people first" she says getting out her phone and texting someone

"Okay, I'll be in the dorms" I say

"Okay" she says and I get up and walk back to the dorms.

Chelsea P.O.V

I text Sarah saying

*sarah ermm can we meet up tomorrow?* I send and then I go back to the dorms and I get my monkey onesie to change into Mel walks over

"Chels?" she says weakly

"YEs" I say also weakly from my crying

"Can we talk please? I really need someone to talk to"

"Yeah just don't mention the having a step brother thing" I say

"Okay" she says we go and sit on her bed
